Good service and friendly staff.. Quite a lot of peoples dine in and take away as well. We relax on the second floor and enjoy the view. They even have drive-thru..

Their employees are so helpful and empathetic. Last night I had problem with my voucher and while waiting for the problem to resolve, one of the baristas actually requested another cup to compensate my waiting time. Such a lovely lady. Spacious, clean and ambient place to hangout.

The staff sngt2 peramah. She help my mom when she is having some prob with the starbucks apps to pay. I can say most of the staff really nice.

First time drinking Starbucks because i got it for free. Overall good and convenience experience going through the drive thru service.

If you are looking for such a relaxing and calming environment with a classy music, I would suggest this place. Their staffs are very friendly and helpful. The place is very hygiene. The staff even sanitised the door so worry not about their cleanliness.
One more thing! Go during lunch hour 12pm to 3pm so that you get the lunch set which is very affordable!

I love the cozy environment. A good place to hang out. If you prefer to save time, better order from inside the shop rather than waiting for a long que for drive through.

Dear Starbucks, plz open more stand-alone outlet in Alor Star like this. This outlet is super pack as we (alor starian) have no other Starbucks option to lepak after your inside-mall outlet closed
