TGV Taiping

The best cinema complex in Taiping. Spacious and comfortable lobby. Very clean washroom. Friendly and welcoming staff. I watch Didi & Friends at Friday morning, aircond in hall 6 was not cool.

Foremost, the staff at TGV Taiping is excellent and by far the best compared to other cinemas I have been in West Malaysia.. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.. Went on 18 Feb 2022.. When we 1st entered the area, it look rather barren.. Not much customers probably due to covid.. The waiting area, toilet and halls were all clean.. The staff at the candy bar was especially helpful and knowledgeable, guided me in my purchase as well as answered all my inquiry including purchases via food panda app.. The doors to the auditorium snaps back.. My brother dropped his drink when the door shut back on him.. After the movie we requested for a plastic bag from the ticket taker staff.. Politely he told us to wait..then went to the candy bar to get them for us.. Most places just direct us to collect ourselves.. overall enjoyed the movie and had a pleasant experience.. This is probably my preferred cinema at the moment..

Still the best cinema experience you can get in Taiping.

It is wheelchair friendly for the whole AEON mall to the cinema. Just inform the staff and they will guide you to the lift within the cinema. You could lend a wheelchair from the mall if you don't have one. Tested myself and I can confirm the disabled friendly status.

Experiencing best services from the staff ,friendly recommended for teenagers to watch new movies and for elders they got lift so dont worry about stairs.. and The most best is their royal popcorn! U should try it. tq :)

Good Sound System, and price ticket is very good

Nice waiting area & toilets. Located right infront of the parking lots. Making it so convenient for the patrons.

Most of the time im bought tix online. Just go straight to hall and watch.
- the audio and video is good.
- a lot of parking space.
- just make sure book tix before arrive as the internet line wasn't that good as lower ground.
- there is a tix kiosk too.

Love the hall.
Not many seat. So ok for us.

But the toilet only open 1 area. So after the movie end, the area was pack with people

Good overall experience, love the legroom. Washrooms were nice and clean. The theater was a bit cold for me, so remember to bring a jacket and wear socks :)

I had the greatest time here, today! The tickets were very cheap for the morning showtime (11 MYR for the classic adult tickets), and not to mention the staff there were very pleasant to talk to whenever I require assistance ❤❤❤

I think I'd like to go there again if given the chance :))

Best cinema ever and very cold temperature. Easy to access. Easy to buy ticket. Food here a little bit expensive. You can eat before go watching film or buy at the counter.

No more queuing at the counter for tickets! We got a digital ticket kiosk here!!
We could go to the counter to register movie Starclub or to redeem free tickets!

P/s: Love all the flavours of POPCORN ROYALE! not a fan of gummy flavor though :P

I'm a member. My primary choice cinema. Seats are cozy. Lanes between front & back seats are wide apart. Toilets are clean & dry. It's big. I love it. Ada upgrade baru, self service kiosk kalau guna cash. Tak payah nak beratur kat kaunter lagi dah.

Xtaw nk describe apa 😂😂 so far utk save cost better come on Monday n pay with m2u cz you can get rm8 for ticket movie before 6pm u can get that price. After 6pm your ticket will normal price again. Staff nicely. Your jodoh pon nice too 😁😁😁

Tgv is like any other tgv. Nothing much. There's a beanie Hall here. Otherwise, it's just the standard halls. Tickets are priced at rm19.

Hall seat & conditions were comfortable..just air-conditioning were a lilbit low..should bring sweater along for the next visit.. overall very satisfied.
