H Elite Design Hotel

I was abit late reviewing this and do not take my review at face value since I've visited this place when it was still new, This place has a good view and alot of facility offered, the swimming pool has to be the best thing out of all and again this maybe due to it still being new. But as i was writing this I've seen many complaints about them not maintaining the experience I've gained when i came here the first time. To the ones who are looking forward to book a room here please tell them to service your room properly before your arrival

Stayed for 2 nights. New hotel, well maintained. 15-20minutes drive (minimal traffic) to city centre at peak hours. A lot of shops nearby, at G floor, mydin mall next to the hotel, and even opposite the road. Breakfast was superb! The star of the show will be the indoor playground located at level 17. Who ever designed the indoor playground was really thoughtful, as my 2 boys can spend hours inside without getting bored. So many activities to play there. I wish the indoor park will open much sooner, maybe around 9am and can close a bit later 😬 We had so much fun and definitely will come again if we were to go back to kelantan again.

On a side note, if the hotel can prioritise which part to improve next, maybe can try to change the towels to a more decent towel as currently used towel looks too worn-down.

Consider cheap if comparing price to quality, will always be my choice for a short staycation. Love the food so much! the view also great, worth every penny, highly recommended!

A new hotel next to Mydin Hypermarket. I love that there's a lot of eateries on the ground floor. 2 premium coffee shops even close at 11pm. The room was spacious with new air conditioning. Bed was comfortable enough. I am surprised at how inexpensive this hotel is.
All in all, a good hotel to choose whenever you are in Kota Bahru.

Really love this hotel. It's clean, breakfast has variety choices, staffs are nice and location is great. Perfect hotel for me.

Nice room, comfortable, family friendly, nice pool on the roof, kids zone also the best. Nice Gym.

Clean room and ample parking. Near shopping complex. I'll come back again.

This new hotel is located at new town, and near to Mydin Mall. Breakfast is amazing and top notch! Variety of food choices, from English breakfast and Asian. Love their croissant, roti canai and bread butter pudding. Their Nasi Dagang's also delicious. We checked in during long holiday so massive crowd is expected. However, the kitchen staff had done a great job in finding us table.

Room's cleanliness is acceptable while hospitality and service need some improvement. Lady staff at the reception is good but not very friendly.

Last but not least, we truly enjoyed our stay here especially the kids 😊 Simply just stay at the hotel, enjoy the swimming pool, the play area and go to biggest Mydin Mall in Malaysia nearby.

Room well equipped but wall near the basin and toilet need some treatment. Hotel strictly not allow early check in. Extra charges apply if want to check in early. Location

We had a wonderful stay. Their breakfast was marvelous and there were so many choices. We had made a good choice Indeed.

Good stay. Cheap. Available for last-minute check-in. Lift is confusing but adaptable. Walking distance to Mydin and another convenient shop. Got laundry shop accross the road. Recommended for work, short trip, holiday etc. Room is comfortable and worth the price. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Wow....very nice location. U can play bowling and go-kart at nearest mall. Only 10 minutes walk from hotel's.

The hotel is good. The room is spacious and comfortable. A strategic location. Mydin just next door and famous shopping place wakaf che yeh is nearby (5min away). Highly recommended

The room is very acceptable, match our expcectation. But the wifi is kinda poor and also the tv's graphics...

But the location is very shocked because it pocated next to the big Malaysian Mall in Malaysia!

Room modern style, breakfast very nice in kota bharu hotel, but location tourism a little bit far away to walk, need transportation.

Everything good. Please expect congestion when using lift especially weekend. But they are adding more lifts. Basement parkings quite confusing and you might
get lost since no marking on the pole.

Check in was simple a quick with our Agoda booking. We paid RM490++ for the room and I thought it was a bit pricey but considering other properties were fully booked at the time, it was not something to complain about too much.
The room was spacious with very comfy king size bed. The bedding was super comfy.
The toilet was clean and facities provided was good. They had separate frosted glass cubicles for the toilet and shower.
The breakfast wasn't too good though. The hot was crowded at 100% occupancy but the breakfast could have been better managed I suppose. They served a variety of local and continental food. Not much choice for a vegetarian like me though. They made us share tables to cater for the crowd, which was okay but some people might have minded I suppose. Food quality could have been better too.
I am giving an overall five star simply because Iamaged to sleep more than 11 hours is one go, that should say something about comfort.
