I dont know what's worth the crowd. I kinda have high expectations but the taste is not up to it. Sushi taste bland, sofuto is nice, but didnt get the chance to try the ttebboki because if high crowds.

8/10/2023 Hari ke-3 selepas buka. Emart24 kedua dibuka selepas Troika KB. Beli aiskerim kon (promo), corn sausage original, cupdak buttermilk. Kerusi & meja ada disediakan di luar kedai (open air).

Tak tahu kenapa byk menu tak available walaupun baru hari ke-3 dan baru pukul 10am lebih. Teringin nak mkn italian herb cupdak & corn sosej gelap tp tak available.

There are a lot of choices, but certain things aren’t available. I was hoping to try the cheesy corn sausage, but nah, it's not available, even though I went a second time. If you want to avoid a queue, go early! During lunch hours, you have to queue even on weekdays. The staff is well managed and fast, even though there are a lot of people. The cupdak I like the most is soy garlic and buttermilk. And K spice and sweet chilli cupdak taste normal and not that spicy at all. For tteokbokki, I feel a bit disappointed because it tastes not like tteokbokki at all; there is no gochujang taste. Bulgogi beef is quite good, but the cheesyness makes you full. The soft serve is quite famous, but for me, it tastes normal—enough for one time and not for a second time. McD soft serve is more yummy. Original corn sausage is okay, especially if you eat it hot and warm.

Coming back for the third time, and cornflakes cheese is finally available. And I love it.

The services was to slow and the store not play song make customers boring. Please improve your services. I enjoy the food 👍🏻

I want to complain about cashier at Emart24 Tunjong, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The service was so slow, the counter only open one eventhough have two counter. Even we request them to open other cashier but no fast action have made from them. Really disppointed!! Thankyou

Customer service need improvement. Staff were chitchatting and ignored the long queue at counter, just one of them busy preparing the order. And to make it worse, the lady with scar on eyebrow left counter while taking order, leaving customers clueless

1) Food was nice but ambik masa yang sangat lama ya nak order.

2) Main problem is COUNTER and queues!!!! Yang nak order makan pun kena bayar counter tuu, yang nak beli barang yang dah ready made pun kena bayar counter tuu. Buang masa. I got it you tak cukup staff but PLEASE OPEN MORE COUNTER! Ada dua counter kan? Buat laa satu untuk order food, satu untuk BAYAR SAHAJA!

3) Customer service kena improve. Cashier kena tahu how to communicate well dengan customers. Bukan asal boleh je. Kena asah lagi communication skills.

4) Be systematic. Yang cashier tuu cashier laa, yg kitchen tuu kitchen laa. Nie cashier ke sana ke sini, yang tuu lah cashier yang tuu lah kitchen. Service memang out, disappointeddd!

Boleh tak management e mart tunjong ni baca review? Aku nak complain pasal sorang staff ni kurang ajar nak mamposs. Aku tahu la suara kau tu garau tapi jangan la tinggikan lagi suara kau tu Allahu. Dah macam nak buka step WWE. Tolonglah pantau staff korang. Cctv takda ke? Aku order makanan, yg lain dh bayar tunggu dia panaskan je makanan aku boleh pulak dia tanya "tunggu gapo? Ado order gapo lagi" bengang aku. Lepas dah siap makanan tu boleh pulak kau baling je makanan tu Astaghfirullah aku nk mencarut tak boleh. Atleast bagitau la "ni dah siap" lepastu letaklah elok2 bukan main campak je makanan tu LOL. Ke manager sama je perangai dengan staff? Ataupun nak apply kerja e mart ni takperlu penampilan yang menarik? Tidak perlu memenuhi kriteria seperti sopan-santun? Sebabtu takda tindakan. Aku tengok semua orang review yang negatif. Takda satu pun kau reply. Sepatutnya takperlu bagi star pun!

paling teruk among those 2 emart (lembah sireh n troika). makanan x sedap n semua boleh dikatakan agak tawar. rose teokbokki tu x de cheese n tawarrr rasa dia. pastu costumer service kelauttt. staff agak rude ya. need a lot of improvement. kalau dibandingkan dgn lembah sireh n troika tu. not worth the hype

buat emart 24 jam . tapi tkde pulak 24 jam . aiyaaa
