It is so amazing to visit here. you have to come in the morning as sellers and buyers are flocking to this site to do business. so many items sold here. foods and beverages, variety of vagetables, meat and poultry, wide selections of fruits, spices, herbs and many more. there is also a place dedicated in selling vases, lawn ornaments, fertilizers and of course flowers and shrubs and trees to decorate your home and lawns... we can see people intermingle with each other regardless of age and race.. interacting with each other like an old friends should behave.. oh yes, the place is surprisingly CLEAN..!

UTC is one of the efforts and initiatives of the Malaysian government to provide urban communities a centralised location for core government agencies, public amenities and services of private sectors.[1] It is part of the National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS) which was introduced to improve the quality of services through strategic partnerships between government agencies and the private sector.[1]

National Strategy Unit (NSU) under Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF) is tasked to establish and monitor all the UTCs in Malaysia.

UTC comprises ten clusters of facilities and services, namely: common governmental services; health services; security services; education, training and employment services; financial services; business and entrepreneurial development services; utility services; youth development services; welfare and community development services; and non-governmental organization (NGO) services.[1]

Best laksam & laksa versi Kelantan only at Zul Laksa stall with affordable price RM15/kg☺ ( must TRY, okay).

Always looking for pulut pagi ( near Zul laksa stall) as its come with original flavour ( if you saw pulut pagi as black brown colours, not so good for heart as mixed with coffee powder).

Many choices of local goods such as ulam, local vegetables, fruits and variety of other things too.

Food heaven. Very cheap. Very delicious

First thing first, I've always loved wet market's environment. It's just so... refreshing for me. The price is negotiable too. But, one thing that bothers me is some sellers refuse to place a price tag for certain items (mostly vegetables) . Anything besides it is PERFECT.

Love also this place cause you can get any types of food or snack that you want.. also they sell many plants and flower to mak2 yg minat bunga... N ade jugak jual ikan, ayam n so on lagi laa.. also i think sometimes they have like festival before pandemic la.. now i dont know cause i rarely leave my house😂😉♥
