super big shopping center & hypermarket. has everything imaginable here, everything you want and need. also is a mall by itself with many shops and restaurants in the building as well. items are at a reasonable price, and now is easier with the Scan & Shop service for shoppers to seamlessly shop their items and groceries. located nicely at the big business district of Lembah Sireh in Kota Bharu, and at the crossroads of Jajahans, with it being at the border with Tumpat, ie by the Kelantan river. such strategic location. easily accessible from all parts of Kota Bharu town, and other towns and districts as well. overall, it is one of the go-to places to shop for locals here for the ease and convenience of shopping here as a one-stop center, and had nice experiences here all the time. should come and definitely recommended👍🏼

The best hypermarket to shop for me personally.

- ease of shopping due to scan & shop policy (easy check out at counter 19 and 20 if using scan & shop)
- price compared to other competitors are among the cheapest
- availability of items applicable for most B40 and M40 (not many T20 items tho)

Everyday low price at Lotus's. You can skip a long queue..how? Use their 'Scan & Shop' app or you can simply try to check out your items at their self service kiosk. Easy! Please bring your shopping bag along for your own convenience.

Nice place to hanging around with your family or friends. A stop centre for all your needs. Spacious parking and a strategic location.

I grew up shopping here every month with my family 😂 I'm 18 now, still excited to go here every time my mom invite me if I want to. The thing that I'm looking forward the most is that Kuey Teow Sizzling they have at Medan Selera (Food Court). There are many other foods too at this corner. E.g. steamboats, rice, mee, etc. Shopping site is filled with many goods as always. Bot the cheapest prices I must say, but if you ask me to put KB Mall, Lotus, Aeon and MyDin in rank, I'll say Lotus is in the 2nd place after MyDin in Tunjong

A comfortable place to get all your groceries at discount price. U can also get a coffee at starbuck or buy books at SMO here. Craving for nasi ayam? The chicken rice shop is here and next to it you'll find KFC.

I reevaluate my review. Turn 3 to 5 due to the new app. Hopefully top parking space open to public cause most my visit it was closed for no reason.

Located at Lembah Sireh, near the Kelantan River. Other stores located in this hypermarket are Mr DIY, Mr Toy, SMO Bookstore, Anakku, Gene Martino, Watson, DIY Accessories, Nagoya Textile, KFC, Chicken Rice Shop, Kenny Rogers, Big Apple, Starbucks, Food court, ATM etc.... Sorry, cannot remember all😁

I mean the price is cheaper when you bought the Tesco brand. Also they're less crowded than others. Make sure to always bring your own green bag!

Excellent shopping paradise for folks in Kota Bharu Kelantan. The products range from locally produced to imported vegetables, fruits, Angus grain fed calf meat from Australia, ecologically reared Norwegian salmon, canned foods, primium jams. Freshly baked bread 🍞 😋 rotiboy, and enjoying tea 🍵 and coffee ☕ at a little corner in the left entrance
