Renai Hotel Kota Bharu

Good hotel. Furniture looks maintained, clean bed, clean bathroom, lobby looks nice. Ordered pizza via room service, about 30+ ringgit each, delicious food.

Stayed here for 2 nights - wasn’t expecting much given that it’s in Kota Bharu but I thought it was great - well fitted out hotel, nice rooms, good gym, good pool and central location. Restaurant a bit pricy - but why bother eating there when there’s so many good cheap options in the area!

Very clean, privacy/quite place to stay.
Big and nice room c/w 2 chairs and table in my room ( 1604 ) but for my grandchild room ( 1602 ) come with no 2 Chairs and table.

Despite the age of the place, it still looks modern and well kept, clean and instagrammable

The rooms are comfortable, good pressure of hot and cold shower. Wished i could stay longer to use the pool and sauna

Worth your penny, it offered scrumptious varieties of breakfast buffet. Kids can enjoy movies as it offered youtube. Staff are very attentive. The pool is so-so. I will always consider this hotel in my top list.

It's my second time staying at this hotel. Everything is just excellent! The service and staff are incredible.

First time stay here.the room is spacious.nice to stay here.value for your money.not to forget,the room still cold even though the ac is turn off.overall is good.maybe next time can try the food.hk also friendly when asking if we want to make up room or not.tq

Hotel of one of the tallest building in KB. Good and warm ambient. You felt welcome when you arrived. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

We had a 2D1N short stay here. Didn’t managed to experience much of the facilities due to time limitations. But I have to say I really love their buffet breakfast. Everything is prepared well from the decor, the steamer they used to keep the food warm, they even have one staff manning the egg station, poaching perfect eggs for the kacang pool, and here they serve it with kuah Kari kambing. So delish. Nasi kerabu, rendang, nasi lemak everything is good.

Very great breakfast buffet where you can find local and international food. The room was clean. I was told it's newly renovated. The pool was nice too, just to crowded with other visitors. You cant find splendid view from the hotel as it is located in the city but the location is convenience if you want an accomodation that closes to stores (7E & Watson are near) and restaurants.

Once the only 5* hotel in Kota Bharu. Good to stay,but renovation is long pending. Rooms and AC system need investments to improve.

My room was spacious even normal room. Staff, customer oriented. Ask them anything they will try to help you. Lounge was amazing. Food big portion. Breakfast they serve local food + normal breakfast. Laksam, akok in hotel! Amazing.
AC in the room too cold. Even off the AC still need blanket too sleep

Happy parents happy daughter! Stay here for 1 night with my parents. They loved it! All staff are very friendly and helpful. Their food is tasty and delicious. It's really become a core memory for Trip Bersama Anak Bongsu! Great work guys 👍🏻
