Very good ah...it is like a petting zoo where u could pet the stray cats while walking on the sidewalks...u could see all the food for the cats on the sidewalks to attract more stray cats. Sometimes u would wonder if u are in a petting zoo or hospital. There is also a designated defecation pit for the cats.

Excellent care from great doctor who attended my staff due to hot water split badly . Dr sreedhar and mathew & nurse very profesional and provided a through examination and explain to us recovery stages with surgery. The whole process went through succesfully. We are incredibly grateful you took the time to safe Sunil.Thank you

Thank you, thank you and thank you to Dr Kunalan, Dr Jade Ho, Dr Yew and Dr Teo. The Total Knee Replacement ops had given mum hope and she is so happy now. You gave us so much confidence when we needed it the most during the visits, and I’m so thankful to have you all as part of my mother healthcare team. Mother had started to walk for her favorite food at Publika 😁😁

All the doctors and staff in the Radiology department, SOPD clinic, Anesthetic department, Ward 11 and OT at day care were very professional, kind, gentle and patient. A special shout to my surgeon, Ms. Aziah, Dr. Izairi, Dr. Farhana, Dr. Dahlia and Dr. Nurina. I can't thank you enough 👏👏👏👍👍👍

I had the opportunity to visit the Head of the Faculty of Dentistry Dato Dr Shah Kamal Khan at Kuala Lumpur Hospital. It is indeed the state of the art facility and exceptional services are being provided under the leadership of an immensely dedicated and par excellent maxillofacial surgeon Dr Shah. Top of the line equipment, courteous and well qualifed staff, exceptional sterilization and extra ordinary patient care is the hallmark of the department.

First time I visit here ... one of my friend admitted here due to dengue fever. I come here 3:30 pm and I must waiting until 4:30 pm because visiting hours will started 4:30-7 pm. Here rules and regulations are very restric.

You can get here by MRT, if you are staying nearby a station along STAR lines (now Sentul Timur - Putra Heights /Ampang).

Went for Dermatology department. Came from a perspective where we thought government hospital has bad service and long waiting times. Oh, I was wrong. The carpark was sufficient, despite a longer walk. The waiting time was not long at all, sometimes private hospital even longer. The staff is so kind, even though they are busy sometimes, they still try to do everything. Honestly, HKL for the win.

I came to Jabatan Radio & Nuklear for my moms heart scan. What a pleasant experience with all the Staffs here esp Mr Rajendran. Kudos to him, he is superbly pleasant n nice. Very considerate and went beyond his duty to assist me and my mom. Mr Rajendren, we need more people like you.👍🏻👍🏻

As far as my experiences in this hospital, everyone are kind never had bad experience as reviewed before by others, maybe I got lucky, not experiencing with bad attitude person 😅

Government hosp.what do u expect? For me service excellent.thank u so much frontliner..parking u can parking in this building or bangunan bertingkat or hosp tunku azizah..u can choose..if u Banyak songeh g swasta jela...🤗

Went to emergency wad and the doctors and nurses are top notch.. The genuine care and concern is commendable. The building could do with a refurbishment and no fancy sitting area with TV and vending machines of drinks you never heard of.. but the People and the medical facilities... Make up for it ten fold.. THANK YOU HKL

I took my mum aged 81 to HKL ER at 2am on February 19th due to sudden abdominal pain and vomiting. She was in terrible pain. I must say she was handled fast and medication provided to ease her pain and due to no ward she was kept in ER Yellow zone.
The next day she was moved to ward KK 2 Institut Pediatrik. My first time at KK2 and was impressed when I saw smiles and pleasant faces from the doctors to the nurses. Thought it was just one off. But couldn't believe when this was their reaction and expression all the time. My mum was kept for 11 days due to multiple issues from acute kidney failure to hernia and low blood counts. Respective specialist came to see her and provided their finding. The specialist and doctors at KK2 were excellent. So were the nurses and even the medical assistants . It looks like they have a great leader at KK2 and thus they lead by example . Kudos to KK2 team in taking care of the patients admitted at their ward. It was certainly wonderful experience as I have been taking my mum to hkl for almost 30 years and never experienced such amazing treatment . The specialist and doctors took time to explain her condition and how I could manage her better at home .

HKL has proven for giving quality medical attention and a caring nursing service to their patients.

The service very impressive and most of the nurses are well trained and detail-oriented when explaining the medication. The nurses are helpful and trying their best to accommodate the patients' needs.

Service hospital Kuala Lumpur is more better than hospital Serdang

The best responsive team in Emergency and Trauma. They responded to my 999 emergency call regarding my mom - found unconscious with seizure attack. Five minutes arrived and five minutes wheeled her in the Emergency and taken care of immediately. I couldn't thank enough the EMT doctors and how attentive they are. Now in ICU, her medical doctors there are super knowledgeable and they will explain to us in details of what would they do and the measure taken to help her. I am praying for her

The condition of the hospital is very spacious, it is easy to park the car. There are security guards always patrolling, making visitors feel safe from the car. The hospital staff is very helpful in all matters at the hospital.
