I must say this place is one of the best SR branches as I've been to many of their branches around Malaysia. I love the food and portion is huge too. I hope the taste will remain consistent. Cakes are yummy too!!!

Food tasted decent. However, expect delay for food to be served sometimes. Toilet is cleaned. There is a lot of parking as well.

Special occasion we always choose their cake for not much choices at this area. Expensive but worth it unless you time to make a homemade cake LOL😂 Attentive staff and excellent customer service.

Atmosphere was a bit bad because there was a fly on our food but overall it was great before we left the staff bid farewell

Well organized and well mannered treatment from the staff here, cake and food is always fresh and up to high expectations standard. Cleanliness is well maintained public toilet is well maintained. Parking space still consider easy to access to the restaurant. Definitely there will always be a next visit here.

Atmosphere is superb.Will be much better is there is slow music on.

Clean place, easy parking, friendly and attentive server (depends on their mood though, since they're human too, just like the hell lot of us). Foods were fine. Making payment was easy. Everything was fairly fine.

Went for dinner here with family. Very big restaurant, new and beautiful environment. Staf was friendly towards customer, but they were chatting and laughing too loudly with colleagues. Food was good, delicious and arrive within 20 minutes. The cakes was excellent too. But maybe need to improve on the boba drinks, a little bit bland. Highly recommended.

Good service. Quite packed on the weekends especially during lunch hour. Staffs are friendly and their serving time is average.

Good place for dating. Staff young & energetic. Food same like another branches but it's good to have high class restaurant here in Tuaran.
