Dalit Bay Golf & Country Club

Lovely 18 hole course which is part of the Rasa Ria resort. Challenging course with lots of water hazards. Par 3 11th home is very picturesque. Great wildlife around whilst playing - we saw monitor lizards, herons, eagles, Macau monkeys, humming birds + other birds & insects. Hire clubs available with gold buggies. Recommend early tee off time due to heart & humidity. We played at 8sm & then 6.30am - the latter being the better time. Cost for a round with buggy & hire clubs was c£85. Highly recommended.

Exceptional beauty with the majestic Mount Kinabalu in the background. Fairways and greens are well kept although the greens can be a little faster for better putting. Roughs are properly kept as well.

Clubhouse facility is squeaky clean, nice and exquisite. The restaurant should've opened much earlier though, they only start to serve food from 11am onwards. We have to start our rounds on an empty stomach.

Fees are fair and still affordable on the weekend we played. Overall still a really enjoyable round and will surely come again next time we're in KK.

Good Golfing. Reasonable price on the weekend. Well maintained and good service. Played on public Holiday. Rm170. There is 1 hole facing the beach and river.

Played a round of twilight golf here, started at 4pm which was enough time to complete 9 holes comfortably. The golf course itself is stunning and well maintained plus there are restops along the course too

Love this place, everything is lovely but food and drinks are a bit too pricey. Staff are friendly and I'm definitely going back there to play golf again

This Hotel is better known as Shangri La Rasa Ria. It is secluded, away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. It is the perfect getaway with its wide private beach and a golf club for the enthusiasts. The sunset is right in front of the resort and is perfect when the weather is right

A good golf course with nice beach view. The draining system is excellent. Not really soggy even when it was raining heavily.

Played 18 holes in October 22. Green were nice and well maintained. Fairways nicely cut and overall, a good challenging course. Not cheap but worth it.

Best place to play golf in Kota Kinabalu Sabah

This is a very beautiful well maintained 18 hole Golf course and its only 27 km from Kota kinabalu. You can call in a few days earlier to book your reservation. The receptionist are super friendly and helpful. How fast you reach depends on traffic condition. Best to come earlier. Its an easy golf course for low handicaper but can be a nightmare for beginners.Except for hole no 8 and 16 all other holes are paired with water hazards. So advise for beginners,..bring loads of golf balls.
Make sure to zip up your gadget and titbits esp at hole 16,17, & 18 as macaques are likely to be your loyal spectator. If you are lucky enough you will even enjoy the company of kingfishers and sea eagles

Just one comment for improvement. It will be helpful to have a rake at the bunker. But better to provide at each buggy. This will help the golfers enjoy their game and appreciate the Golf course.
