customer service very bad. no greetings at all. working place messy. girls always with their phone . make a voice call and video call with boyfriend. this is not my first time. shouting and play like a playground. let their boyfriend come and borak infront shop. every time i went there. girls do the same thing. yesterday only i visit the shop also same thing happened. Manager/Bosses pls observer your stuffs. very very bad customer service. if just want come to work for playing better dont work

Didnt prepare book or somthing to record customer go in to store . Just require scan my sejahtera only . Then how about if ur cust didnt bring handphone or forgot hp at car ? Please do alert on ur cust . Sometimes people didn’t bring mobile phone or dont hv phone to scan .

Staff Tak alert customer masuk..tengok customer masuk duduk je..dahla kedai macam tongkang pecah.. customer Pulak kena Cari staff utk Cari barang..muka ketat Tak pakai mask..bukan Kat sini je Kat branch Dato Hormat pun sama pattern jugak...spoil mood kalau beli barang Kat sini..nasib baik Cari barang sekolah je..

Pergi tadi x blh masuk sbb x ckup 14 hari second dose,xpe la..just cuba tanya brg yg yg di cari tu ade x,dua pekerja ni dengan bertanyakn satu sama lain x confident dgn jawapan masing2..bukan nak pergi check dulu ade ke xde..trs ckp "xde rasenye"..kalau rase nk mkn gaji buta duduk rumah terus!!!
