I just got my car repaint 2 months back and the engine bay was very dirty due to all the dust from paint shop. So had Daniel to arrange for engine bay clean and do some polish to get rid the "orange peel". After few hours, Daniel call to collect the car.. Wow! my car shine and super gloss. Look even better than the first day out from paint shop. Engine bay look clean and neat.

Boss is very nice and sincere, he will explain clearly on the product and services that will carry out. No hard selling also, they will advise you on what are the thing that best suit for your car according to your needs.
Nice customer waiting area, clean and comfort. Biscuit and coffee or drinks is available as well.
PS: Boss is a car enthusiast, learn a lot of knowledge from him after have a good chatting section.
Beside car detailing, engine oil change, tyre balancing & alignment can be done as well. The new shop is next door only.

Been washing my car here for quite some time and even tried their 3 step polish & wax. 2 years later, the car still retains its shine. There is also a nice waiting lounge to hangout with the friendly owner and his wife.

Daniel was very detailed about each queries that were brought forward. Calmly explained the pros and cons, took his time to provide his feedback /experience on the required queries.

Came here to change my RFID tag replacement without prior appointment. It cost me RM35 which was charged to my TNG app. It only took about 10 mins to get the RFID tag fixed and reactivated.

Always struggled to find a proper detailing centre. Decided to give Next Level a try and was not disappointed at all. Daniel was very detailed in explaining what is expected from the different packages. Tried their liquid wax treatment on my 7 year old Myvi and the results are amazing. Watermarks and stubborn stains were removed from the body and the car looks much better than before. They even clean your interior thoroughly unlike other places that just vacuums for like 5 seconds and a 'cincai' wipe here and there. Do give them a try, they will not disappoint you.

Daniel was very informative and explained everything step by step. Daniel and his team advises you on what you need to hear, not what you want to. Excellent service, passionate, trustable and reliable.

Went for the 3 stage polish treatment and windscreen watermark treatment in Dec'22. Overall, I'm satisfied as the treatment is still holding well after 3 month. Owner knows his trade but wouldnt hardsell to his clients. Price wise, it's a little steep, but what you'll get in return is fine workmanship and attention to detail.

2nd update, I am extremely pleased with their service. Did a 3 stage polishing it was fantastic! They transformed the car from it's dull looks into a brand new car.

1st time sending my Peugeot 3008 here for auto detailing. The owner really knows his trade and very professional. My car came out just like collecting it from Peugeot showroom although it was very dirty previously due to acidic rain for the past 2 weeks in KL. Confirm will visit again even all the way from Ampang, KL

Excellent tip top service, did a full interior clean for my car & windscreen polish , boy was i so amazed with such detail polished finished. My 12 year old feels like a new car ! Daniel is also one of the first people who are in this industry who is really friendly and is a knowledgeable car hobbyist, taught me lots of insights on learning about your cars condition and more.Definetely recommend to people who love their cars. A day after, I brought to The Next Level Auto Spa for the second polish.

Gosh- I couldn’t recognize my car after the work done by my the latter.

Daniel atttibuted the glow of the car to the polish products he used on the car.

Daniel is a very good and kind person! I got totally zero knowledge on coating, but he could patiently teach me how a proper coating works. He provide services based on what you need not what he want to sell.

I won't say he is a salesman, but I will say he is a business man here. He don't sell product and services, He sell solution. He provide only services that could help on our beloved car. At here, everyone deserve a level up of your car.
