I make a calls but then they just picked up and pressing something and didn't say anything and put down the phone. Why so hard to answer the call? So rude. What kind of service is this???

tried to call this branch..almost one hour keep on dialing the number..but no one pickup the phone! all deaf or dead aldy???

Extremely poor customer service and response. No one pickups the phone. If they do, they will put down the phone after picking up without saying a word. No response from email either. Hope the higher management reads this and fixes the issue.

Really terrible experience. called since Jan until now May still can't get thru the person in charge, there was 2 times finally got ppl pick up but they said PIC on leave. OMG!!! I got 7 numbers for this branch, all no pick up. Emails oso no reply. adoiii.

Same problem with the others. I got 3 phone numbers from the main office for this branch. Have been calling numerous times on all numbers but nobody pick up. Very very very poor quality. Can we give 0 star?

Same here. Called many times and nobody pick up. However, since Maybank is the biggest bank in the country, they don't bother the level of satisfaction of customer service. Only the normal citizens will suffer. This type of problem is every where in this country. Very frustrated.

Difficulty in communicating with them, hard to get things done here. Unlike PJ222 branch can settle things very fast.

Very poor website with no contact for the PJ Newtown/State branch number posted. During this tough MCO times, how is a customer supposed to find out whether a particular service or department is available prior to going there.

One of the worst bank I have seen. Poor service. I have called all their three phone numbers, given to me by their Customer Service Centre, for 20 minutes and no one pick up the phone. I have emailed twice to one of their staff 20 days ago and till now I'm still waiting for the reply. No one cares at Maybank. This should be their tag line.

With the new covid situation there is a need to line to go inside. People arrive early so that they can que up. Old people are standing in line. Maybank supposed to open at 9.15 and now it is 9.30 still haven't allowed anyone in. On top of that you have people being given police escort to cut in front of the line easily. Very poor service from Maybank. If opening time is 9.15 open your doors ar 9.15.

No one answers your call. If they do, they put you on hold for a very long time until the line gets disconnected. An average of 8 to 10 calls until some one actually 'tries' to help you.

I agree..so many time call for asking my hire purchases but nobody pickup phone but somthime engage the line..i already try more than 20 times call everyday a week but still cant reach..please improve services
