We did the 11d Balkans trip in Dec 2023.Well organised and led by Charles. He went out of his way to ensure the trip went smoothly, sharing his past experiences and managing expectations in every situation. Thanks to him and our patient driver, Robert, we had a great time. Beautiful weather, winter really the best time to visit!!

We came back on 18/10/22. Overall it was a wonderful trip. We appreciate very much on the excellent services of Tour Leader Miss June Hong, local Tour Guide Mr Harry and the driver. The tour itinerary is one of the best we could get from Malaysia, with visitations and meals even on the last day of tour in Turkey. However, we hope Sri America could be more careful in selecting hotel. A wrong choice of hotel could spoilt everything in a nice trip. We are looking forward for the next trip with Sri America. Had a wonderful time at Turkey. Tour leader Vanice Loo was patient, caring and made sure everything went smooth. Local tour guide Yavuz were friendly & patient, instructions were clear, and really took good care of us. Hotels were nice, food was good, travel itinerary were just nice;not too rush, not too short. Strongly recomend Sri America for your next holiday plan.

Visited Turkey with SA travel for 8 days. It was a pleasant trip. Tour manager May Ng & Tour guide Benjamin were very friendly and definitely helpful when we had some emergency during the trip. Everyone on the trip had great time too.

Tour manager Eddie Tan's service was extremely poor. Practically ZERO explanation given at sightseeing points, whether there was a city guide or not.

The time the coach leaves each morning is not told to the group clearly. There's a whatsapp group but not used by him to advise the group on the times.

Worst thing was, he does not accompany the group on all sightseeing attractions, instead will give instructions to meet again at a certain time at the meeting point, and he dissapears. Is it supposed to be this way??? I don't think so as it is an escorted tour.

Tour manager was also not professional - always stick to particular tour members only - young, single female traveller. Totally unprofessional.

A good experience for 10d8n Turkey tour. Very memorable tour. Price reasonable, food & hotels are superb. Tour leader mr David, & local tour guide mr Oscar, driver mr Nail are friendly, knowledgeable of their job. Will join SA for future tour

My sisters and I have spent about 9 days in Turkey. It's a fantastic experience with professional tour guides and driver. We have been given so many opportunities to explore those places that SA recommended, and we did enjoy ourselves. I will recommend it to those who have not gone to Turkey before and get it a try via SA. Many attractions for you to encounter 🥰

Though the food is so-so, as it serve almost similar in every meal (LOL - esp Watermelon). However, exceptional on last day that really experience good Turkish Chicken Shish. Other than that Turkish Delights is really not my type, super sweet until my tooth are numb with just 1 bite. Oh gosh!
Anyway, good hotels, good history, good arrangement. Best is to travel now with China mainland not joining the queue yet. :)

Amazing experience for my first tour with SA! Tour leaders Vanice was funny, lovely and caring too. I love the accommodation! Enjoy my stay in each hotel. Overall had an wonderful experience and extremely happy with the arrangement and tour. Not forgetting our tour guide Harry. My friend was not well, both of them had a good arrangement to bring her to hospital and ensure she recovers and keep checking on her. My next trip wish to have Vanice again to join us for other destination. Very patient and always ensure everything in order. Met wonderful people in my tour. Memorable journey in Turkey :)

Old timer in travel industry. Join thier tour 1st time was 30 years ago. Thier itinenary is on par with any big travel company but ther package price are much more attractive then all. Joined thier tour many time n its value fir money.

Unique experience with Sri America Tour trip in Turkey, Venice, the local tour guide Johan and the driver had been excellent in their job. Loving, caring & fun trip with them, is worth a try and looking forward to the next one.

Overall we are happy with the package tour to Turkey ( 30 Apr 2022 to 9 May 2022). Good hotels (though not in city but suffice for us as too tired to go out after day visits); acceptable and sufficient food (should not measure from Malaysia perspective); kind and approachable Malaysia tour leader, Vanice Loo; very knowledgeable Turkey guide ( Mr Yavuz, hope get his name right 😁) and nice weather. Also thankful to nice tour members.
Hard to endure 11 hours economy class. It will be good if SA (with its good relationship with the airlines) also offer an option for upgraded seats 😁😁

Went on a tour of Turkey (end of May 2022). Had a fantastic time with my wife there. All the arrangements made was smooth and comfortable (luggage handling, hotel check-in and amenities, travelling by bus, itinerary) that we were able to enjoy the destination to the fullest. And a direct flight was a huge plus. Vanice Loo the tour manager as exceptional in organizing and as well as catering to any of our specific or ad hoc needs and the local tour guide Dogan was not only very knowledgeable but also captivating in his explanation of Turkey's history and culture. Very worth the package price.
