I recently purchased a second-hand mountain bike, and being new to mountain biking.

I noticed it had several issues that needed fixing, so i decided to take it to a bike shop I found on Google Maps.

Upon reaching the shop, the boss(Guan) requested that I leave my bike with him for inspection. Afterwards, the boss(Guan) contacted me on WhatsApp and took the time to explain, one by one, the issues my bike had.

After a few hours, the boss completed the repairs on my bicycle. He showed me where he had replaced the necessary parts and let me take the bike for a test drive to ensure that everything was in good condition after the repairs were done.

Upon arriving home and preparing to take the bike for a test drive, I noticed a minor problem with it. Promptly, I contacted the boss, Guan, and informed him about the issue..

he told me he would come to my house to inspect and resolve the problem for me . I was shocked by his level of responsibility and professionalism.

In the end, it turned out that the problem was not with the boss's repair work, rather it was because I was new to mountain biking, and perhaps I lacked some skills in riding it. However, the boss(guan) displayed incredible patience and took the time to teach me a lot, providing me with valuable information.

If I had the option to give a 10-star review, I would gladly do so without hesitation.

I highly recommend bringing your bike to this shop, as I can guarantee you won't regret it. Trust me.

I have been with this shop since I started cycling 4-5 years ago. The owner, whom is the bike mechanic, never fail to impress me with his skills and services. I bought 2 bikes from him, and though there are similar shops near where I stay, I still go back to this shop for all maintenance and fixes. One time, I broke my Rear-Derailleur while riding some rough trails. A quick call and a visit later, my bike is like new. Highly recommended!

EG,the owner of the shop. Skillful to services and do maintenance. So far bicycle after done the services is look like reset to new, very happy and satisfy.

I was never an avid cyclist but recently bought 1MTB, 1foldie and a trainer from Bikerz Depot. The owner(Eng Guan) is very knowledgeable and he is also the bike mechanic himself and provides maintenance services. He is able to provide proper guidance on the bikes that would meet my requirements and also honest with the options(unlike some sellers that normally push you for more expensive parts and options you don't need). Definitely recommended to get your bikes from Bikerz Depot if you are looking for one or even if you need to get your bikes serviced as it provides honest and no-nonsense service/support.

A place where u can find any bike parts you need. You can name it, from low end to high end parts, this place does have it available in stock. Excellent price with fair price. Will come again.

I sent my bike for service last week, i would say they have different package of service and the owner Guan had explained me about details of each and honestly for my very 20 years old bike, i had choose the very comprehensive service package and it really turns our superbly good and very well done. i always believe in getting what you paid for and for this shop i fully highly recomend as they did it seriously what we pay for. I am impressed as i do have other bikes that i took other shop for service and have a comparison of price versus quality. thx bikerz depot

So far the best technical knowledge and skill person I met. If you want to know the skill of the bike mechanic, ask him to tune a wheel or built the new wheelset. EG (the boss) was able to fix my wheel problem where I had spent time in few other shops and not able to fix. I also bought the new wheelset from him and it last for many years without service, and I am a heavy rider btw.

it is always good to pay him a visit, although he is busy due to one man handle the shop, but he always passion to share his bike knowledge and experience.

I bought a MTB from this shop almost a year ago. About 3 months ago, I recommended to a friend to buy a MTB from this shop. The shop owner, Eng Guan, explained and recommended excellently to my friend on which bike he should get. Very reasonable price as well. For me, his technical knowledge on bicycles is second to none.

Very knowledgeable and experience biker known as EG runs this shop. As a first time customer, I was impressed with his professionalism for I can see his personal passion in cycling. He will do a basic need based conversation before recommending the suitable bike and he will also assess the suitability to handle the bike base on your physical fitness and of course the final decision is still based on your personal preference. He will only recommend you to buy things that is needed unlike some shop owner where they will only recommend the expensive stuff and unnecessary accessories for an amateur like me. The price is reasonably cheap (RM2k++) for a Wheeler MTB which equipped with Shimano gear (30 speeds), lock out suspension and hydraulic disc brake. In conclusion, a reliable and honest shop owner who delivers 5 star service experience. Definitely will recommend friends and bicycle lovers to this friendly shop.

I had been 4 pro bike shops here, 3 ask me change wheelset, one ask me change Hubset which all claim that my hub bearing is gone which is shaky during riding n no way can recondition it. I came to this shop Saturday n i m impress how this shop service my Hubset, now it's not only non shaky but feels very smooth during. Basically I witness there what he did was very tedious work to dismantle clean the whole hub n bearing mechanism n put on a fresh quality grease on my very old shimano Hubset. Now it's really working as way it's been recondition like new. Thx again for help me do it which saves me a lot money from changing the whole hub or Wheelset. Thx again.
