Dear Travelex Management, you have very rude employees at KLIA 2 who refused to serve me because they were "changing shift". The time was 2.17pm (on 22 July), they told me they would open only at 3pm.

When I insisted I'd be served or else I'd file an official complaint with the authorities and the KLIA management, they then agreed to serve. I told them I wish to change RM4,000 into RMB. The disgruntled lady said, "you have to prepare to fill up lots of paperwork and it will be time consuming because it's more than RM3,000".

So I decided to change only RM3,000 but this lady told me she could not do it because I have told her the amount was RM4,000 earlier.

Your rude employees are a reflection of your incompetent management. Is it a karma that the world is going cashless? and this money changing business will be a thing of the past.

I went to the brunch in front of lulu market for receive money with western union two times, first time they said we don't have enough money for your transfer, and i went again after few days they gave me paper to fill it it's like exam in school, i filled it they they shouted me and screaming like the boos to her employees..
Why the paper it's not full ..
I tried to complain but there is no number no website no customer service..

Doesnt accept the money I’m changing although i got it from the country i visit.
They said the money is old and other customer dont want it.

Dont even know how to treat the customers in first place.

he doesn't have money all the time, and when he promises you it the next day, he still doesn't have it and just laughs stupidly.
