Very enjoyable dining experience as the taste and quality of your food is very consistent like the Egg and Salmon and ofcourse your house teas. It is an extra special treat to find the great variations in seasonal food offerings that are guaranteed to break monotony of standard cafe food offerings such as your Asam Pedas Pandesal, Holiday Swirl, Holiday cake selections and the Gingerbread cookies. Beyond that, Kudos to Fatihah and team CbTL Penang for your consistency in inclusivity in serving your customers from different nationalities. Even at your most hectic/peak hours you manage to acknowledge and care for each of your customers. Looking forward to more pleasant dining experiences in your shop.

Friendly staff, deliciously prepared drinks, great quality coffee beans on sale that you request to be grounded before taking them home.For freshly brewed coffee/today's brew, I rate this chain higher than its globally known rival. Its cold brew(take it without ice)and today's brew(hot) are flavourful.
Love the relaxing ambience and seats as well. Wish they could provide more power points though for on the move knowledge workers, entrepreneurs and freelancers.
Try the chicken and mushroom spaghetti. The chicken pieces served is shredded chicken breast not chicken ham meaning that it is healthier and value for money. Mushroom slices are large sized button mushrooms.
For blended coffee that isn't sweet, go for Gibraltar Latte. Take it with almond milk and soy milk for a stronger coffee taste.
For Hot Mocha The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has a no sugar added chocolate powder option. This is a healthier choice. Apple Crumble is worth mentioning. Their style packs apples with less sugar. This is better than having a cake and packs more value than apple pies made by fast food outlets anytime!

Quite nice Coffee Bean outlet to chill and hang out. The staffs are quite friendly and they even recommend or suggest what to try. The hot chocolate latte is really good, the bitterness is good. The bagel is very nice too,sliced & toasted, spread with the cream cheese, goes well
with the drinks.

Very relaxing environment. Sitting at the small corner area with 3 colouring armrest chair, nearby outdoor sit. The breakfast so nice (Eggdrop sandwich) with Latte or Americano, RM18. Recommended for you

After the renovation, looks more relaxed and comfy to chillax with friends or just a solo outing or to just potter around on your laptop for work or leisure.

The most prominent and exact Landmark of South Zone in queen's bay Which situated at the entrance itself .While entering the South Zone just feels a coffee Bean fragrance pulls out to the shop and most spacious and seatings of indoor and outdoor facilities with varieties of delicacies as our choices. Friendly Staff's and quick service is available. Per Cappuccino mug us enough to Have two people that much of quantity and quality for a price worth . pastries are so delicious .

An usual CBTL, but the coffee still taste great. Always visit here with Citibank clear card on weekday to get buy 1 free 1 beverage promotion. Good place to sit down for chit chat, but nope if you need a place that is quiet and without distraction.

Went here to have my quick lunch today. Surprisingly the salmon spaghetti was amazing. Like their latte too. Thumbs up!

The cakes are nice and some staffs were exceptionally helpful eventhough I went there nearly 10pm when they were busy closing but they still handled my order with care... can't say the same about some other stores located in the mall
