Was planning to go for my very first antenatal check. As usual, long queue, nurses/counter attendants were absolutely not helpful, and were not accurate with information. Went there and found out that actually need an appointment, and can only be done through phone. Did the appointment, soonest available date is 2 weeks later. For anyone who is in the same situation as me, download BookDoc app and make your appointment under KK Sungai Dua (TL).

Sebelum ni okay je services dkt sini. Staff semua friendly dan sgt baik. But kalau dpt sorg doktor lelaki tu, mmg lama kena sidai. 1 patient dia check punya lama. Harini bawak mak checkup dr 10am appointment, pukul 12 xsettle lagi. Masih menunggu giliran walaupun patient xramai. Please improve 🙏🏼
