Pos laju memang terbaik, saya slalu membeli barang online, ada yg owner pos melalui pos lain, tapi pos laju lah paling terbaik barang sampai depan rumah tdak perlu susah hati menggunakan pos laju

Sending to a wrong location like kopitiam, but never call us for re-confirming, and they just confirm delivered the letter. Although paid for the delivery, get really bad service.

Poor service, did not have the QMS system. Waiting time too long. Staffnot productive. Busy on handphone and busy chating among themself. Working attitude must change. Suggestion for better improvement, sending staff for training, counselling, self motivation and understanding the what is customer service.

The posmen who sent the item is the most unreasonable person ever and never can be called courier service with attitude like. If you dont like your work just quit it. Nobody want to see your grumpy face sending off their item.
