Long due plan to get my piercing done. I been assisted by Ilyana; from choosing the earings, so professionally explained the piercing process. Thank you Ilyana for great service, being super kind and make piercing process smooth. Well explanation for after care piercing as well. Will come back to add my earing collection and maybe another piercing session.

I just got 2 upper lobe piercings done here by a salesperson named Trica who was absolutely lovely! Super friendly and managed to distract me from the nervousness of getting pierced with chatting and her general warm demeanour. 10/10 would definitely get more done by her!

I just got my 4 ear pierced done at Lovisa Klcc. 3 of them are helix and 1 lobe. The piercer is sweet and helpful. For me, the helix pierce is quite hurtful but it is still bearable. Will definitely come here again to get another ear pierced. I already had 6 pierced 😭love it so much. Highly recommend ❣

In all honesty i love the piercing service here. The girls are very nice, comforting and friendly!! Their piercing skills are extraordinary too. Amongst other lovisa outlets i’ve been to (icity and mytown), i think theirs are the least painful. Deffo coming here for my 4th piercings. Hopefully the ladies will still be working there hehe

I went to Lovisa KLCC yesterday to get my nose pierced. There were 2 staffs and both were nice and friendly.

The process of getting my nose piercing went smoothly. I also purchased other sterling silver jewelries after getting my nose pierced.

Happy with my experience and by how I’m treated by the staff. Would recommend to others.

the staffs were not very kind

I went to the Lovisa store with my colleagues for shopping. We've shopped at this brand in different countries and liked how the staff showcases products and their hospitality. The brand's quality is excellent.

However, our recent visit to this branch was awful. A colleague with a leg surgery used a stool to sit. One staff member was nice and asked if we needed anything. But then another staff named "Yenin" told us to remove the stool as it's only for piercing customers, even though there were no such customers at that moment.

I didn't expect this treatment from Lovisa or any consumer-facing brand. The future of a brand depends on consumers. I'm not sure if I'll visit this store again.
