A big building which has a lot of shops like dim sum & sushi. Have underground parking but quite narrow to navigate. Located at the behind of the shop lots, Subaidah nasi kandar can be used to identify the building.

Ample basement/outdoor parking, revitalized commercial building with major f&b outlets on the ground and 1st floor;- Sushi Wafu, Daboba, Talk Talk Wine Bar, Maxim Dimsum, Max Market (frozen dimsum by Maxim), Max Cafe, Amazè Fine Dining and a 4 star chinese restaurant-WuJia on the 1st floor.
Also houses a hair salon, Bridal shop, dance studio/school, ballet academy, a fine woodworking workshop (custom handmade wood case and accessories), consultancy offices and many more.
Opposite Pekaka Square is where the famous Fried Rice King is.
Great one stop venue away from the city centre.

There are many shops to visit. And it's a big and clean building. And one of the shops there at 3rd floor, is a ballet academy whereby any kids that are interested, can go learn ballet there.

Pekaka square a.k.a Bangunan Lipsin, nearby Tesco Extra. There are major restaurants in these building ground floor namely Wahfu Japanese cuisine, maxim dim sum , talk talk , etc second floor has wu ji restaurants. Location is strategic and parking is not an issue.
