It is the best true grocery store we found close to our apartment rental in Kuala Lumpur. It has a great selection of wine and food at reasonable prices and a great staff.

This is our favorite shopping mall in KL. It has everything you need, from the designer labels to the cheap stores. Excellent food court in the basement, great supermarket Mercato, fine dining on the 6th and 7th floor, beauty, hair & nail salons, etc. Plus so many nice coffee & ice-cream shops, bakeries, including Komugi , gelaterias…

Love this supermarket. Provided with all fresh foods and quality products.

I want to discuss the Queus. Here in KL people complain on this shop's reviews, but having been lucky enough to travel around 3/4 of the globe now, I can happily say from experience, that the line and wait times here are very short compared to other places in Asia.

Back at home in Australia a super market has no love, no special things and only non-competition pricing. Here, water is cheap, chocolate and gifts can be bought for special people, the bakery is full of love and life, the shelves are beautiful and full.

The staff worked very hard and I even watched the chocolate sales person give me just a tiny bit over the weight I was paying for without charging extra. This is a service. Would highly recommend fellow tourists stop here to get snacks and items for your travels. The name probably sounds a bit fancy and so people avoid it but the Mercato has proper super market pricing which is reasonable.

Clean and well arrangement - comfy to shop here with local and import varieties.

This place is awesome 👍 and international 😄 the thing I love about this place is the fresh fruits and milk 😊 but most of the content @ goods in this place are a little bit pricey 👌

Excellent supermarket. I can find nearly everything that I am looking for. I like their cheese selection. The fruit and vegetables display is like a beautiful art exhibition. Every fruit that I bought there is top quality.

Tapau lunch here. Alot cheaper than any other places in this area.

This supermarket is well stocked and one can get fresh vegetables and fruits here.
Parking is plentiful and convenient.

One thing that I have to mention, superb attitude and very honest staff that they have here. I did some shopping recently and forgotten one of the bag at the cashier station itself. Trying to reach them at night but it was almost impossible. The number stated in Google direction is totally useless. Tried calling the HQ next day and the agent asked me to go there directly and nothing can be done then complained will be lodged. I went to same cashier station again and guess what everything on the bag was there again. They have refunded my bag again. Great shopping experience I have here so far and to this recent scenario, a big kudos to Mercato and team. Keep up the good job.

Five Guys were amazing. Same taste as you find in UAE, Bahrain or anywhere else. I would highly recommend them. 100% halal!

Great choice of European/US food and snacks. Bought two huge bags of stuff upon returning back to Japan, as you can't find a lot of these here (especially Cadbury stuff). Staff was very polite and quick too.

Upmarket supermarket, cool, spacious and extensive range of imported and local items available. Groceries and household items, neatly arranged.

A lot of premium stuffs sold here. Vegetables section is fresh! Love it. Just when it comes to the queue part at the cashier, it can be a lil more systematic. Kinda slow but other than that good.

Mercata is well stocked. The exit through the back portion is really a convenience after buying the groceries. You just exit through the back entrance, yes the Chulan entrance. There is no need to walk through the mall, lugging heavy grocery bags. The sales personnel are so thoughtful, willing to carry the grocery bags to the Grab car stand. It is always pleasant shopping here.
The sales assistants polite and very obliging.
Fresh chicken plentiful here.
