Lina Tan was very patient entertaining my mom and me getting some item from Tomei. She even offered to clean our jewellery while waiting for us to decide. Excellent service!!!

Good service from a Chinese guy (mid age and not tall) , good experience of buying earrings from him. He is super nice although I choose not too expensive stuff from the shop. Not like the staffs in Poh kong very looking down on people , in Chinese we say 白鸽眼(pigeon eyes).

Every year datang sini and it was a wonderful experience. En. Mohd Rezuan had been super warm to us! Looove love Tomei & their design. It's been 7 years of marriage, and all of my jewelleries my husband bought were from Tomei. ❤

Come here just to take a survey for my cincin merisik. The SA is so kind and helpful eventho I said I just want to take a look. He recommended me some of the rings that within my budget. Ended up found one ring that I like. He was so kind to give me his name card, write down the ring code design and the size. He even congratulated me for the big event. I had a great experience here.
