Service was excellent. Bought two pairs of new shoes for the upcoming cny season. The staffs were very helpful and kind. I'd personally highly recommend going to bata if you're looking for excellent service, comfortable shoes for reasonable prices

Very nice workers. One elderly aunty and a middle aged man, both friendly and helpful, work with smile. Went there at night so not much crowd. Its nice and good to appreciate nice people, as usually we are only quick in being angry and complaining about bad workers if we encounter one.
