Great service from Lina at shoepoint (queensbay) . Very helpful, humble kind and polite. Truly appreciate how patient and nice she was to me. Also grateful and happy with Pei Fern who helped me with my membership issue. Good service rendered

Bad customer service. The lady in charge is showing face just for asking a change in shoe size. Bear in mind this was the first request i even asked of her. Please don’t hire workers like this if you want to do business..I would have bought something if not for the lady’s attitude

As a customer service to serve customer, showing black face all the time, requested for shoe size but act like deaf pressing her (foreigner worker) phone, hiring such a person is going to ruin the business and loss customers sooner or later.

Had really bad experience coming here..really bad customer service. Went there to get myself two pair shoes but go out there buying nothing because of their service.. Just asked them available size only, no other conversation, they ald giving some judgemental look and replied in harsh tone. If you hate serving customers, why are you still working there? Or u expect me to go to store and find the size by myself?

Very worst attitude the staff! Black face to customer when request to try size of shoes! Especially the lady can't speak chinese one. Even I like the shoes I also won't support buy from this shop ever! Puiiiiiii~~!!

In Queensway mall. The lady staff stand at counter not friendly, no greet no smile , even "black" face to me when I decide not to buy my first shoe trying. 02/12/2018 afternoon

Service is bad! 只是进店试穿鞋子，但却没得到顾客该有的服务，甚至全程黑着脸，要求拿个鞋码也很不甘愿的样子，我想说如果你们安排招待员是这样，你们生意的顾客也会逐渐流失，即使鞋子多么好，豪华，我们也不会支持你！
