Great value for the items i need, friendly staff Shirnee helping me on the product explanation and although there were lots of customer coming in and out they she still able to give me attention. Lots of choices if you staying nearby, is a good place to shop around. There are some parking around, kinda convenient.

Very friendly and passionate staff - Shirnee who's able to advise over the Delonghi espresso machine and grinder, also I was looking for the alpha ceiling fan and she did answered all my questions professionally about the functions and features, as well based on my needs. I had a 1st class service from Shirnee Yeoh of BHB shop in Bukit Jambul when I bought my Dyson v8 hoover from her.There was no more stock in the shop, she ordered for me n promised me that she will personally deliver it to my place the next day/ evening when she finished work. She did, n not only deliver to my apartment, Shirnee is such a dedicated n caring person, she even stayed back n personally taught me how to use the Dyson hoover.

I bought a smart digital lock for my home with BHB during HomeFair in SPICE last year from Shirnee - She has the best customer service - clear instructions, on time follow-up. And recently I bought an Ecovacs Vacuum robot and the salesperson is Daneal. But after a month the robot had an issue and since Tanjung Tokong branch is far away I sent to Shirnee. Even though this is not under her sale, she has been very helpful. And even contacted me when the robot had been repaired. I am very happy with her service and will find her if I visit BHB again.
