I bought this few months ago, however I just used it recently. This quality of earphone was unexpected and price are reasonable. Somehow, there is some confusion on the apps in my personal point of view, so basically I went back the same shop and ask for help. One of their employees was being really friendly and very patience to help me solve my problem~ If not mistaken, Her name is called as Ice! If anyone want to purchase any phone accessories can always look up for her~ Caused when the time back then, she was the one that served me, and now still willing to teach me how to use the apps in a very professional way which makes me wants to go back again and do my phone protector and casing. Besides, if anyone is interested on their product please don't hesitate go to this shop ya because compare to others, their product is cheaper and well function~ Thanks you Ice for the wonderful service! Have been going to them to buy alot of cases and screen protectors. They are honest and reliable when providing feedback/opinions on their products, you know what you are getting. Even though there are still bubbles when applying the screen protector, the workers offer to help resolve or replace the screen protectors for free/ restick and reapply the old one ( takes some time due to large volume of customers and customer service needs to be done).

Trust is the essence of good business. So far, they haven't broken that trust or stoop to low practices despite the pandemic.

I have a very bad experience for install my note series screen protector it cost RM69 and have warranty but the salesperson didn't tell me the screen protector can claim for 1time only, after 1week I saw few small bubbles middle of the screen and edge of the screen. After the first time claim they tell me is the last claim for me and after 1 week I have a same problem again. I feel like throwing my money inside the trust and wasting time claim and waiting them install, sry to tell that crave scave screen protector is not suitable install here.

Last time they were hiring the best employees for everything. Now the workers there no point even for them to do their job. I was walking around the place looking for my case and when I asked the worker there he/she didn't hear me at all. I was disappointed of the service. And after I managed to get their attention when they are fixing my screen protector they are using a different brand and did not do a great job at it. The screen protector was so offset and I had to do it my self to get it proper.

Terrible customer service. Arrogant behaviour towards customer. Pls don't come here. The shop management, train your staff if you still want to do a good business here.

去年2月13日在umobile拿了新手机直接到顶楼的case zone 粘tinted (玻璃curve，high quality 的防爆 ，有warranty) 粘不到一个星期tinted 就翘了🙄 没关系 两个礼拜之内就拿回来claim warranty了。换tinted因为很久就把手机放在店两个小时。
最近电话跌以为tinted爆了拿去别间手机店要换才知道其实屏幕上根本就没有粘任何的防爆，裂的是手机屏幕本身。
回去问他们说我们没有证明从2月到现在没有去别位换过防爆????? 明明自己system有我买tinted 和claim warranty的history。 根本就是想推卸责任!!! 钱付了手机交给他们 结果什么都没粘到。现在才说是我们拿手机是没有检查??????????

买的时候 说东西有问题可以一对一换
结果东西出问题时就说只保家插头不保家cable
重点我买时这东西是一set的 一名女销售员叫做ice的非常没礼貌的服务态度还说可能自己得同事认为每个人都知道这句话来讽刺顾客
还说某某公司买了平板附送的cable人家也不保家的 人家有没有保家不管我的事 我现在跟你们买就你们必须负责
买了东西还要摆脸色跟顾客大小声 从此不会再去！！！！😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Servis lembab.kita tunggu depan muka depa,buat taktau ja.pekerja ada ramai,sorang pon tak mai tanya.saya mai dulu,orang yang datang kemudian dia layan dulu(sama bangsa dengan depa).ingat aku ni kayu??bila customer dah takda,buat2 tak nampak pulak tu??macibai.tutup saja laa bodoo
