went there the other day, as my Reno oppo pro 5 have green line issue, which is very common as I found many cases all over the world for this model and could be fix for free, the sales girl in front of the shop just take a glance and said RM799 without even have a further look whether IF IT'S OPPO PHONE that's the problem and not cause by myself i.e. fall from a height, really disappointed by oppo, not gonna buy any oppo product anymore with such service and product quality

Supervisor attitude disgust me, he is very arrogant and with 'so call know it all' middle age guy, watch out folks. Didn't even take my phone to inspect on the problem. Imagine asking a customer to agree on the risk of spoiling phone for them to fix it, is this how limits ur soft skill and tech skill goes? Don't waste ur time here, go to elsewhere.

So much room to improve, I can't imagine how this supervisor lead his oppo team, he clearly need classes for technical and communication. Or find a more qualified person, this folk gonna go.
