Good and helpful staff and tech. Well car inspection even though I do not realise there is issue.

Found defects and claim warranty straight away unlike other center give excuses. Do Appointment and service on time, no need to queue with others. "I have a bad experience on other service center." But here, they solve my problem.

Very good explanation by the staff and the process is smooth. we will get quotation for the next service so or what are the things that need to be change. Make its easier for customer to plan ahead.

Went there for normal milege servicing. The service staff is kind enough to explain the cost and maintenance that will be carried out. Price is definitely better than other service center. Very professional and superb service. Even done some checking after I told them some minor issues especially related to PROTON parts and NVH. They placed replacement order for me right away. Hope won't take that long for the parts. Definitely will drop by for next service again. Thumbs up.

I withdrew some cash before i came in here because i read the reviews saying they only accept cash. But upon arriving, they accept cards, cash and also e-wallet! I urge people to come first before reading the reviews. The service is top notch. I don't wanna give my review at first because i don't want this branch to be fully booked like the other branch so its easier for me to come next time but i think its only fair to let everyone know about the cash thingy.

Called at 11to ask if I can do a first 1000km service, come directly after confirm got slot. They get things done within half an hour. Very satisfied!
