This is my first time booking my flight ticket using travel agent. I used to book directly via the selected airline website. This time round as I am doing last minute booking & the ticket price is consider quite expensive.

Mayflower staff kept in touch with me on my flight schedule even though I bought the tickets online. The online tickets were reasonably priced compared to booking direct with the airline. Booked tickets to New Zealand using Mayflower website. Unable to do seat selection on Air New Zealand. Called Mayflower and Cik Ain promptly assisted to do seat selection. She was also kind enough to re-select the seats when I wanted to change.
