Rubbish clinic. Bad attitude for receptionist and doctors. Slow like hell. In the clinic, you must sit and cannot stand. You only can wait and cannot ask. If you ask they will tell you rudely wait wait wait wait wait.. lousy and useless

There no sink and toilet paper inside the toilet.
The hair clip so dirty seem use for 10 years and I don't think the xray shirt they are washing too.
Most important is the clinic is using a recycle urine container wish I feel very disgusting.

The reception nurse not friendly and she talk too soft.

Very bad. Primary focus is to CHARGE patient not to cure. Doctor looked for 5 minute and say cant do anything and asked to go to Hospital. But fee is rm40! Just panadol. No ethics. I refused the panadol. Aunty reply and said "if you dont want , how do we charge you" . Only money, not to cure. Please dont go here. Although if it is near, doesnt matter if its emergency or not, please dont go. Consider other clinic.

I went in with a fever. Was told to come again in two days for follow up in case of dengue fever. Went two days later & was cleared. Still had fever, went to a different clinic the same night, got a blood test done, and was admitted to a hospital. Wouldn't go again nor recommend people to go.

Doctor arrived late in the morning. Should be open at 9 am. But, doc arrived at 9.28 am. Then, badmood to the patient. Not professional doc. So bad services. No wonder there is not many people go there. Not recommended at all!

The DOCTOR and the STAFF is 100% rude, in 2015 one of my factory Inspector almost died due to wrong diagnosing by the Doctor. He is having symptom of stroke, but the doctor prescribe him as normal headache and ask him to continue to work. He collapse at the factory guard house upon arriving back from clinic. Now he parallelize half of his body, left side.

The doctor attitude is bad. The doctor doesn't have the professional ethnic to check properly for their patient. The doctor was just simply checked and bias, thought patient lied for MC. Even patient was fainting and the doctor still keep complained and doing nothing. Overall, the doctor is not professional.

1st customer of the day n reached by 09.45am but waited for half an hour to see the doctor... Good job folks

The receptions aunty really rude, not gave good information about medical checkup details. Really reappoint with them

Waiting time incredibly slow even though there are not much patient

Simple medical check up also use up more than 1 hours.

The admin aunty attitudes bad, is difficult to make an appointment to this Klinik
