INSHIRAH TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD

We went to Turkey in 2019 with this travel agency. It was a memorable trip as the company provide satisfied service. From what I heard usually the trip at Cappadocia will only be 3d2n, however with Inshirah Travel we spent 4d3n and explored all the beauty Cappadocia offered. The tour leader is very efficient, responsive & jovial. I would recommend this agency without a doubt

The gentleman at the office (who refused to mention his name) was a total joke, I thought I was being pranked or something. I called him 8 times and I clearly mentioned that I need a NON-confirmed flight ticket since I'm going to apply for a "Western" visa, and the gentleman said: yes come, I will provide it to you. I took a grab all the way from jitra and I had a hard time finding the agency since the location given on Google is not accurate. After I finally headed to the agency which is located in a scary place, the gentleman took my passport and strated convincing me that what I need is to extend a visa (that I still haven't applied for it yet) he started reading some very old visas on my passport and mentioning that they have expired already which was literally out of logic. The gentleman didn't even ask about my destination. Yet, he asked me which airline I would prefer to book with. I said Turkish airlines !! Guess what he said: sorry Turkish airlines closed already !! At that point I started looking for hidden cameras at the corners of the office because it has to be a prank !!. He took the phone, extended a call saying that someone wants to buy a flight ticket (he didn't even ask me about my desired destination). At that moment I realized that this gentleman doesn't know a heck about what he's doing, and the 8 called I performed with him were just a waist of credit. I spent RM30+ on grab, RM5 on Top up and 2 hours of my time. And the worst thing, I'm going to miss my appointment with the embassy since the required documents were not completed. And the gentleman just said: NEVERMIND !!
Such a horrible experience. I want my time back.
PS. I'm not being personal, I'm just using my right as a customer to give a fair review. I wish I could give a zero star but the platform doesn't support it.
