不喜欢里面的华人阿姨服务员，简单的问他产品功效而已，就开始缠着你介绍各种不适合你的产品然后强制要你买回去

The cashier kept promoting and suggesting me to buy a new Watson's card as my old one is expiring soon. Initially, I was reluctant but the cashier was so persistent. They also didn't notice the long queue behind me (there was only one check-out counter available at that time).

I did ask the cashier some questions regarding Touch 'n Go (edit: the question is can I / how to transfer TnG balance from existing card to new card), but bad on me for not asking exactly the question whether the new card has TnG feature. And it's definitely not good on the cashier's side for omitting this and didn't tell me that the new card didn't come with TnG feature. It's an important feature and also one of the main reasons we want to buy the member card.

A week later, I noticed that the card didn't have TnG logo on it. FAQ on Watson's website stated that we can upgrade the card to the one with TnG feature, but Live Chat agent told me that it's an old rule and upgrade is not available. I'm disappointed but I don't blame the Live Chat agent.

There is more disappointment with the cashier at Watson's Aman Central. I wished they can do better, be truthful and inform customers that the new card didn't have TnG feature.

Edit: I went to another outlet and get confirmation that Watson's new member card indeed does not have TnG feature anymore.

Edit 2: In August 2023, a friend went through same thing at this branch. The cashier kept asking her to purchase a new card, saying it will give her a lot of discounts. She did and regretted immediately because the discount was just a few ringgits and she forked out more money to buy the member card which she will not use anymore because she is residing overseas.

Bad experience at here. Not allow me to redeem the point even I take my Watsons card . Then what purpose I do the Watson member card since I cannot redeem my point ?

Why keep force customer to take the shopping basket. Its covid time, we try to avoid to touch anything except in need and the basket is too heavy ,i'm shopping not working , why i need to take a heavy basket to shopping but your staff keep force ppl to take. For what?!
