Well kept environment, clean and up to professional standards for a healthcare facility. Sensible charges for excellent service and skill from Dr Heng and Dr Ng. They patiently listened to my questions and answered them without needing to wade through intimidating jargon. Went for a regular scaling & polishing. Waiting room is really comfy and staff is friendly as well.
Doctor was thorough & gentle, very detailed in explaining any dental concerns and offered appropriate treatment.

My 1st time went here to get my cavity filling. Had an amazing experience. Doctor was very friendly, polite & soft spoken. She explained thoroughly everything that need to be done. I'm a nervous person when it comes to dentist (had a bad experience with previous dentist), but with her, i feel very comfortable. The staffs very welcoming too. I have another appointment next week, so i hope this review would help for those people who are looking to get a better dental treatment.

The environment here is conducive with a relaxing ambience once entering. Simple yet elegant design. Very different from other dental clinics here.. Had scaling and a few fillings done during my visit. Dr was very attentive and patient throughout, explaining the condition of my teeth and suggested what would be best for me. Satisfied with the fillings as they look very natural. Thumbs up!👍🏻

First time visit Dental Story for regular scaling & polishing, Dr Heng was thorough & gentle, very detailed in explaining any dental concerns, offered appropriate treatment options that could be consider but was not pushy in any way. Reasonable price and great service - highly recommend !

Went for braces consultation this morning. Dr Ng is very professional in terms of explaining my condition. A plus point is that Dr Ng had more than 400 patients experience in braces! And i finally found the dental clinic offering Damon system! So far, this clinic is the one and only dental clinic offering Damon braces in Alor Setar. I've been surveying at many clinics but they dont provide Damon. Price is very reasonable too if compared to those clinics in Penang. Highly recommended for high-end, quality treatment! Will start my braces treatment next week!
