Nabeel is a professional, knowledgeable, respectful trainer. His expertise goes far beyond the metal bars in the gym. He explains the science behind each movement and he accompanies that with the appropriate nutritional plan. He also provides honest, holistic feedback. Nabeel doesn’t profess to be an expert in emotional issues or psychological disorders, but his attention to his client’s mannerisms and behavior is impeccable.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to continue with him, as I’m moving back home to the USA. As a result, I haven’t reached all of my fitness goals. However, there’s no doubt in my mind, if I was able to continue training with Nabeel, I would definitely exceed my own expectations.

Friendly and helpful staff. Had various types of workout equipments and they had a steam room which is why I like to go there.

This gym center is very nice and complete with all gym machine!

A nice place to workout, on the first floor are treadmills and bikes. On the second floor is mainly weighted machines. The equipment is rather well used and needs to be refurbished or some maintenance is required. Toilets, shower room, changing room, steam room and also prayer room is available. The service is okay and the locals are friendly. The entrance fee is RM8.
