Nice gym, nice facilities if only the facilities properly maintained, surely it will be more hyped gym. Plus, really in need of more wall fan.

Loads of equipment. Almost 4 cable sets. 2 floors. Has Zumba, CrossFit and boxing section. Something for everyone. Love it here. Walk in rate of RM 8 even during peak hour (8.30pm)

De passagem por Alor Setar, procuramos uma academia para frequentar nos dias que ficaríamos na cidade e ficamos surpreendidos com a Friendly Muscle Fitness.
A academia fica em um prédio novo, tem dois andares enormes e o andar de cima ainda é aberto então dá para malhar assistindo o pôr do sol. Há dezenas de equipamentos disponíveis, aulas diversas, espaço para exercícios funcionais e tem até um octógono!
Há também lockers disponíveis nos vestiários e opções de day pass, week pass and month pass, todos a preços bem acessíveis.

健身器材具备，喜欢crossfit，muay thai的可以上楼上的sky gym, 还有zumba,pound fitness...👍

Full of equipment ,u can train from shoulder to leg😉
