Hot grande of cappuccino is the best during heavy rain. Great ambiance as always with good service. Not tired of coming back to this place.

This coffee shop’s ambience is cozy, kudos to staff (Khairul), well humored and helpful in helping us redeeming Starbucks gift voucher.

Spend few hours here.. parking is easy.
Cafe with not many people with quite number spaces to sit.

Premium coffee. I like it neat without additional taste. But price increase quite a bit, due to forex exchange maybe?

Zam is the best barista I have ever come across in my many years of cafe research. He’s friendly, intuitive, and warm. He remembers customers and always have a smile for everyone. He should get a pay raise and promotion! Keep up the good job! I previously reviewed this outlet and was annoyed with a different barista who told me off for asking for milk.

The place is very nice location with nice outdoor and indoor options.. some food items are missing so later had to change the place to other shop

Comfortable socially distanced environment. Aircond is quite chilly, but good relief from our hot 🔥 weather! Muffins are nice and warm, pairs nicely with a cup of hot chocolate or iced coffee.

try the promo of rm25 with 2 dish n a drink. cool..! i ordered Lamb pie n doughnut with caramel frapuccino. yummy!

Staff Azam & Nazzim from egate was very helpful upon service the customer..they are nice and teach me about how to download the starbuck apps. Good service is important for make the Starbucks always success in market. I feel azam and nazzim well trained and well served for their customer...

This is my favorite Starbucks in Penang. I come here to sit on the high top chair and do my assignments. Staff is friendly and they play good music, to a point where I don't plug in my earphones.

We love to come over during morning hour!
