Honestly, my personal review here. I was so comfortable with doctor Jeya explaining my problem and they gave me confidence. All the Nurses here are superb friendly and very kind. They are very helpful too. 👏 the environment was so pleasant. I had smooth experience here. The QMS system was really good.

I was delighted to see some improvement made by Columbia Taiping..The new QMS system for registration is very efficient & friendly user.
Staff named Ms.Dhivya is very professional.

My recent experience with Columbia Asia Hospital is awesome. The registration process is smooth - Dr Lam very understandable with my condition & professionally treated me. The admission staff even remember me from my last visit when i dont want to get admitted from the ER😣😣-bad decision from me.

This is my personal evaluation of Colombia Asia Hospital in Taiping. The staff provided exceptionally excellent service, and during my stay in the ward, they treated me like family. I must highlight the incredible kindness and friendly demeanor of Dr. Gireesh Balasubramaniyam, a Gastroenterologist. I am thoroughly pleased with the treatment I received.

Quick response to any questions at the reception. Nurse are friendly and almost can ask anything in regards the case you come up with. Doctor is precise and get to the solution pretty quick. Waiting period to get with the doctor is quite long though especially weekend.

Admitted through emergency department consultant by Dr Aarchana. She is so friendly and energetic doctors. Admitted under Dr Lee, he provide a good explaination and soft spoken doctor. Staff from customer service and all department very helpful and friendly. Best experience with this hospital

Dr Jasvindar good service. Staff all good. Suggestion environment quite noisy really appreciate if able to control this type of situation. Provide a runner to assist patient in carrying things all after discharge

Columbia Asia Taiping staffs are very friendly and a real care taker it make us feel home here.. they are well trained and services the provide is outstanding. Communication level is very good and understandable.😊

Fast service especially on GL requesting.

Dr Jason clearly explained about my backpain and suggested me to do RFA treatment. His staff Ms Linda also treat me nicely and explains to me calmly for all my questions. Rather than that Ms Dhiviya from customer care is very friendly and soft spoken lady.
