I did a call inquiry in regards of my mom Dr appointment. Suprisingly the call was answered quickly. After the operator completed her inquiry she transfered me to the proper department. After less then a minute of being on hold, my call was pick up. The nurse in charge attended my question in good order and resolved my inquiry. To everyone in MOH, do keep up the good work ya.

Ikut SOP dgn baik. Mmg sepatutnya dari dulu lagi temujanji jam 8 pagi masuk jam 8 pagi. Dulu sesak pesakit datang tak ikut masa temujanji, potong barisan pun ada. Dan perjarakan ini memang membantu halang jangkitan kuman lain juga. Suka norma baru ini dan kakitangan memang berbudi bahasa.
