Hulu Langat Fishing Resort & Restaurant

Road leading to the fishing resort not very welcoming… your entry is greeted by few big arapaima to the left and right.. Rule of fishing: Lampam and Tilapia Only can be taken home if caught. Other fishes caught Must be released no matter what is the size.. there are many fishing chalet at reasonable price can be rented. Fishing Only activity minimum 4 hours. Really a place for hardcore fisherman..

For the first time I arrived this place, I already amazed by the deco & the nature environment. I feel like I'm abroad. Very beautiful and panaromic. Definitely gonna come again with my family & friends.

Value for money, clean water and fairly large fishes! non stop action! Kids and family friendly, very clean and well maintained facility, very good service from the staff. There is also a pork free Thai restaurant. Overall an enjoyable weekend getaway.

Family oriented. This place sesuai kalau nak pergi picnic with family too. The ambience quite good and calming. We close to nature. I love it. To come here again? I guess no. Because I don't like fishing 😂 But overall it's quite okay.

Calm, green and one with Nature. This Fishing Pond is definitely a must-try for all "fishing kaki".

About an hour drive from Subang, this pons is located in Hulu Langat The trip and drive was fairly straight forward except the last 500m, on the dirt road. I'd recommend driving a 4x4 for a smoother experience.

The pond is clean and the environment is very relaxing. They have designated tables and chair, equippd with fans and lights and a sink to wash up.

There are a few toilets/ showers available and a surau for prayers. For food, i'd recommend you "dapao" something as there is no canteen yet, only a vending machine for drinks.

NOW! For the fishing part, they say there's no such thing as guarantee catch, but here, i dare say, you would land at least one! KONFIRM!

You can only use their bait and their hooks, sold at the registration counter. Price:
RM 80 per rod (4 hours)
RM 20 per packet bait (dedak)
RM 5 per hook

Very cozy place for our little family to fish. Just for improvement, please improvise the road from the house area to the fishing port

Hands down one of the best if not best fishing spots in KL. The set up is wonderful and the fish aplenty, however what makes this place stand out are the employees that are working there. We were lucky enough to have both Abdu and Hares help us set up and give same great pointers. We did not ask, but they could tell we needed help, and boy oh boy did they help. This was my daughters first time fishing and it will be one that she will remember for ever, thank you to Hulu Langat and a special thank you to Hares, without your help our day would not be one that we will remember for a long long time. Looking forward to returning!!!

The place has a great ambience to it, and is very clean. The owner was very interactive and thought us how to catch fish. He makes sure that we are comfortable and even taught us how to barbecue the fish perfectly! The fish catch rates are really great as well! Would definitely recommend coming here for the fishes and the really chill ambience.

Great place for relaxing .we was there very early morning and can catch 2 Pacu almost 4 kg together. Just need to make it clean a little bit.
Not good places for kids due to stairs ending to the pond .

The last 500m road coming in quite bad. But friendly staff to help you catch your first fish! Be sure to bring your food and drinks if you plan on staying long because the choices are pretty limited. Great fun for the family as the place is enormous, and you can rent the VIP platform if you prefer a little more privacy.

The place is good, plenty of fish for u to fish.. small ones u can bring back ( my son get 2 from the beginning, lucky him 🤣 ), while big ones is catch n release.. only allow to use their bait which is good in my opinion as everyone have fair chance to get those exotic fish.. those workers are very helpful n friendly, great experience! Definitely will come back again 😁👍🏻

One of the nicest fishing pond in town with the clean water and beautiful scenery while fishing. There are rooms available too and hence making it family-friendly. Worth a visit!
