Well done Ministry of Health. The staff here are very caring and professional. Happy and proud of the public service and dedication I experienced here.

Mom been warded here from Sunway Hospital more than a month before passed away which truly experienced by myself....thank you so-so much to all the nurses and doctors in ICU ward department. For me, it is one of the best general hospital - is simple layout, easily to find, unlike PPUM except far away from my house.

My sister ( local ) and I,(currently an Austraian) attended the OPD for an appointment with the
Geriatrician ( my brotherin law , who has Dementia and extension of Strokes). Very trying
and difficult time of Nursing and caring for him at home
The appointment was with Dr Reena and I apologise or not remembering the name of the RN n duty.
The care, dedication, warmth and session with Dr Reena was exceptional. So reassuring and comforting to have met Dr Reena. She had such an exceptional knowledge and provided us with such comforting words. She even took time to have a telehealth conversation with my niece who as a young lady( who is doing such a brilliant job of caring for her father and her mother ( who is a Cancer survivor herself).
Thank you Dr Reena and the RN. We certainly need more staff like this. Please continue yourselves. Greatly appreciated your session. You are Angel's who know what what it means to do our best for people and families, regardless of colour , creed and colour.. God Bless you .💞🙏🙏🙏

difficult times for my sister and niece( who are doing a brilliant job.

Was rushed to red zone ED after i fainted at my home. As soon as i arrived drs, nurses & MAs did their best to stabilize me and sent me for ct scan. Eventhough i spend 2 days in ED, they already treat me with blood thinning medication after they managed to diagnose my condition. Thank you so much for the close monitoring in ICU, i know its not easy to get a bed for me. Even the Drs & nurses in ICU took really good care of me, they never complain everytime i requested something. Millions thanks to nurses & Drs of 10B too for giving their best and alhamdulillah I was discharged after 2 days in ICU & 2 days in 10B. I am so thankful with their services, may their effort will be rewarded.

The only thing that is lacking is the pricey parling bill. The company is not under kkm or hopsital so they charge as if its a mall. I already emailed them but no reply received until now.

The kindness and care we received during the pre operation and post operation of my daughter will never be forgotten. Thank you so much microsurgery head of department , doctors and nurses for the good care. Thanks for your hard works. We are truly appreciate. ❤❤

Arrived around 7am++ today and waited for a long time to see the doctor. X-ray was really fast but RTK test's waiting time was really long. Left the hospital around 1pm++.

Giving five stars anyway. The medical personnel who work here are definitely working hard. The work load is no joke. Too many patients to treat everyday.

RM 1 for all these consultations, tests and medications. What more could I ask for?

hospital doctors and staff nurse all good but the security at POS52 shift at 1pm on 27/08/2023 very very rude to the”pelawats”. Hope hospital will take action on the security staff on duty on that day thank you 😊

Thumbs up for the medical team, they deserve a round of applause! Understood the high volume of patients, hence the long waiting. My dependent rather wait than going to the private. Other than the medical team, other services in the hospital could have more room for improvements, but overall it was a good gov hospital. Thank you!

Excellent service and facility. Its busy as its a public hospital but does offer private bed at RM135/103 per day with a deposit of rm1650..

I was wadered to urologist 7th floor when I had pain in my prostate...i was admitted for 3 weeks..during my stay , all the nurses n doctors were very caring ...I fully thanks the group of doctors, consultants to look at my illness....without the expertise from the doctor ,especially Dr. TEH (Head of Dept) cum consultants n surgeon, my sickness would not be healed... during my stay, every morning at 7 am, the group of urologist will come to visit me n assess my daily condition...there were 8 members panel (which no other private hospital )able to gather so many experts to come....I once again fully thanks the board of expert ,nurses,dresser during my stay ....thank you so much...date of admission 27.9.2022.

Best hospital in Malaysia... thanks for our visit...

The best service given so far. But please understand, being a government hospital, the queue is long. If you don't have the patience to wait , go to private hospitals where the queue is almost non existent and you'll be served immediately. Respect is a two way street. Where else can you see a specialist for just RM5? Not to mention the medicines.

I went there 3 times last week because of fever. The first, morning. The 2nd, evening. The 3rd, morning.
My experience: I really appreciate the services offered by the morning staf.
When I arrived, the staf waiting asked about my condition and directed me to where should I go to, politely, with a soft voice.
When I registered, the MA politely inquired my condition and patiently explained where should I go to next > registration and payment Green Zone.
Green Zone: The staf was polite and patient waiting for me who was sick to register and pay. She then politely directed me to the next place.
When I exited the Green Zone, the staf around me pointed politely to the Triage area. There, I was checked. They spoke softly and again patiently told me where I should do next.
After being called, the nurses waited patiently for me who walked slowly to the Room.
In the Room, the doctor was so soft spoken and polite.
I hope this great service will happen at any time and everywhere. Thumbs up to the morning staf who gave me such excellent service. My heart was healed even before my body did.

I've been here almost 15 years already. As a reference hospital for Malaysia Health care provider. Is seam quite possible to resize it facilities to provide more significant Healthcare service. Even my self have been treated here for the new syndrome detection on 10 years ago. That time that syndrome was not yet officially announced by the Health Ministry. Have been selected as an individual promising patients. By my self is very highly classified motivated person to cure and have a better life. Now and in the future will have to help the hospital for any improvement their needs. Thanks to the Teams of Doctors and the hospital support team, I'm in debt to the both of them. Respect. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

There’s nothing to complain about. Ive been to several private hospitals (sunway and Columbia hospital) just because i thought i will get a fast service. Trust me even in “PRIVATE” hospital you need to wait for hours. I when to hospital selayang due to very severe migraine, i gave up with Columbia hospital and i couldn’t bear the que even i was in emergency que. I went to hospital selayang, yes have to waited long, but the doctors and nurses were very attentive to my problems. Nowadays even private hospital are sucks and money sucking. Well i choose government hospital if i want a VIP room i just pay 100-200 per night with a experience nurses and doctors compare to private hospital columbia and sunway especially who the nurses and management got these sour faces.

Dr Navin, a name that we will never forget. Thank you!

Not many would consider a hospital visit to be a pleasant experience, especially when your loved one is ill. Moreover, it is a government hospital, in a covid era when resources are greatly strained.

The reason we came to hospital selayang is, our mum is diagnosed with cancer. We are lucky to meet Dr Navin, not only treated our mum, but provided the family members a clear communication that relieved us and had our expectations well managed, each times (we had 4-5 visits) with patience, efficiency and professionalism.

Okay, that's our new impression about hospital selayang now, because of Dr Navin.

Last week my father being hospitalised because of kidney failure and through out the whole process Hospital Selayang ICU , 9th floor normal Ward & palliative ward team that demonstared their profesionalism and caring during their duties. My recommended hospital to all.

Special thanks to Dr.Fariz from ICU, Dr.Fazwa , Dr.Neezah, Dr Teoh, Dr Carol and Dr Harjasmit Kaur from Palliative ward for their extra care and convenience extended to us during our last moments with our father.

Selayang hospital provides medical service.about parking lot.relative should use own brain to think about that.ER is the place where the life end of line.if coming to see the last couple week result of blood taken.i suggest to go nearby health facility around ya resident.mo's and paramedics also human being.they feel naked.exhausted..not because working or treating patients.but annoyed with relatives who demanding like over private hospital.they served not to who coming 1st..but the priority served for life in the end line.that we call ER...grateful for services which provided to all..aaminn..
