A great cup of coffee always provide perfect accompaniment to your cake. They baked very good Tiramisu.

Bright and spacious cafe, it’s suitable for small to big groups of people. Wide range of menu options with mainly western food.

Although we were there after 2pm, the place was still full house, very crowded. For those who seek for peace and quiet time might be annoyed by the echo and noise.

Fast and attentive service. Plenty of parking by the side.

Earl grey cafe and earl grey mocha smell and taste good.
I don't really take earl grey tea alone, but their combinations have created cafe chemical reaction boom❤

Food are delicious. Well presented as well.

But the ambience too noisy for me. Its like trapped in a big building that echoes. More people = more noise.

Parking is spacious.

Don’t make me start. It is one of the best restaurants / cafes in Alor Setar. The menu is giving brunch for me and only several items are on it. The prices can be classified as mid range expansive (RM20+) but to be fair it serves duck, salmon etc. The interior is very pretty, its giving modern / minimalist / earthy kind of vibe. Came in at 11 am and it is very quiet and peaceful. After that, the cafe is very busy.

I had the smoked duck croissant with their signature salad. The duck goes very well with the croissant. The salad is so amazing. The dressing is just different in a very good way and perfect with the duck. Also had a burnt cheesecake and a vanilla latte. The cake is moist but a little bit dense I guess, but its good. Overall, 5/5 and will absolutely stop by again.

Top notch service by the staffs, very helpful and attentive. Foods and drinks are really good. The fizzy cooler drink was quite refreshing for the weather. The biscoff coffee cake was really yummy and creamy.
The interior is very nice, plenty of space and doesn’t feel crowded, not overloaded with decorations. You can still feel the oldieness of the building.
Plenty of parking available.

We had the best experience dining at Mansion. If we were to rank the place, the kindness and friendliness of the staff will be the first. Food is great and my favorite is the cendol and mango cakes. This will be my must visit dining when I’m in Alor Star.

The best ever english breakfast i had. Although it takes a little bit longer for the coffee, but the taste and art were perfect.
Definitely will come again.

The place has a nice quiet environment and has great food for solo and family dining. Plenty of parking space next to the restaurant and the food is served very fast after ordering. They would serve up desserts like cakes and drinks first to prevent hunger.

Food that we ordered are delicious. The pandan talam cake very nice. Service was quick and friendly staff. Family friendly cafe. A bit noisy during our visit with kids running around inside the cafe.

Cosy and nice atmosphere. The cafe is suitable and comfortable for young and old. The selection of food and beverage are awesome and it tastes good. Been here 2 times and will come again for sure. The staff is polite and welcoming. Keep it up.

Their cakes inspired by local flavours are delicious, even compared to those in KL area. Def worth a try - tried the nyonya & gula melaka cake. The matcha cheesecake was just alright tho hehe

Fantastic work by the owner by turning an old mansion into a vibrant and lively cafe.

The interior design compliments each other, from the high ceiling of old colonial structure, to the solid wood furniture and the vibrant turqoise and white paint on the building walls, and all this combined together made them absolutely gorgeous.

The food are on par with the looks, the prensentation are spot on. The taste overall is great.

As for the prices, it is reasonable, though some might said it is little bit on the higher side, but I must say for me, I doesn't mind paying extra 10 ringgit per person, as I was paying not just for the food, but for the nice and calm surroundings that Mansion 28 provided.

I love their fries so much. Spaghetti is not bad. Overall environment is nice. Staff is friendly and helpful.😊

Cute cafe in a renovated old mansion. It's got a nice ambience, air-conditioning, and is bright and pretty to spend a few hours. Lots of parking outside.

The food is good too - especially their houjicha latte and cendol cake. Lots of nyonya inspired cakes and fusion cafe food options like salmon bowls and pasta.

A kind of hipster restaurant, it’s located right next to ktm station, convenient for people who miss their train like me. The price is about 20ish for a meal and 10ish for a drink (total 30+).

Cozy and calming place. Suitable for a warm meet up or simple gathering. It's really beautiful with the shines through the French windows. Nice shooting spots. The cakes and coffee with reasonalble prices and they taste good.
