Room - dusty
Bathroom - hairs at drainage
Toilet bowl - not clean
And most of all, the towels, it's smell weird & very dirty.
Guests, pls hold the towel near window when there's a bright sunshine...you will see how dirty it is.
Management, it's time to replace towels!!

Beside Lotus and alot of Food Hawker near here its very easy to get food and also not so far from Alor Setar Towan

Everything it was so good but breakfast food bit tasteless.

maybe can do more variation buffet for breakfast

strategic location and opposite with supermarket and near with other shop, lounge really good and comfy

Very nice hotel. Surrounded by commercial areas and food stalls. A shopping mall Tesco / Lotus is across the main road. Bank and 7-Eleven is within walking distance. Plenty of choice for makan.
Update Nov2023: still my favorite hotel in Alor Setar but the place showing some age on the plumbing side. We can't get got shower in one room and after changing room we got only some lukewarm water only after midnight. Need to improve their centralized hot water system.

We stayed during Hari Raya 2023 and we are surprised by the nice ambience of the hotel despite busy raya weekend. The warm welcome by the staff opening the door, fast check in & cleanliness. Only one thing I wish the housekeeping will clean the shower wall better. The rest I am very happy with my stay!

Not friendly, address on invoice wrong many times despite given my business card. Name spelled wrongly again and again. . Room need renovation. Bathroom not clean . I asked for King bed they gave 2 single bed join together. If they don't have, they should have informed me earlier not after settle the room charges. Overall its a disappointment.

Really satisfied with my stay here. The room was clean, cozy and loved the view from my hotel window.

In terms of breakfast they had variety of options. Highly recommended in terms of service and pleasure.

The stay was a pleasant experience eccept water clogs in the toilet. We could not use the pool cause it was under maintanance. The view from our room was priceless!

Very nice hotel, been there in December 2019 when I forgotten a shirt and some medicines there, and came back on February 2020, they still have it all, amazing staff, very friendly and helpful, order something to the hotel while in europe, they keep the package until my artive. The rooms are very good, spacious and comfy. Very good breakfast. At night you have on the street in front some kind of market where you can eat and experience some Asian market and food.

Spacious room only the condition in the room is a bit dark due to lack of lighting in the room due to lack of room lighting. They only provided two table lamps and one dim standing lamp. But it's ok for me. Parking was very easy and safe.

Nice hotel..ample parking space. Comfy rooms. Breakfast is also good enough but not spectacular. Sadly the pool was closed when we checked in. But I still recommends this hotel.

The hotel is new and very clean. Strategically located near Tesco hypermarket and shoplots within the walking distance making it easier for you to get supplies in case of emergency. If you are fond of street food this hotel is just the right choice. Starting from as early as 5.30 pm there will be rows of street food vendors just across the street as you walkout from the hotel. You will find varieties of yummy food for your tummy. Perfect!!.

I didn't stay in the hotel, but was following a conference held here and had good experience. The location is great, it is near to Masjid Zahir. The food are delicious. Friendly staffs. I really respect their willingness to help me keeping my expressed breastmilk in their kitchen freezer, even if I didn't stay here. So, thank you so much..

Locals here described this hotel as one of the best in Alor Setar.it is quite popular as some companies did their events here.

The room is nicely furnished and quite new. The bed was confortable for good rest.

The good point of this hotel is that there are a lot of food choices nearby and there is a Tesco hypermart across the road.

The grab car charges is quite reasonable too if you come from the city center/ train station.

Recommended hotel because all we need just nearby and strategic place in the middle of town and food stall nearby too. Best part just cross the road to Lotus.

Good and Nice accomodation.
Also serve good food and we can get local tradational breakfast here... enjoyable.
Can't get this kind of breakfast in KL city Hotels...
