Good for working people on business trips like me. Only sometimes may have a problem with the parking especially when the food stalls are open near the hotel. Room is good, clean, very generous with pillows though! Overall it's a good stay.

Small hotel, good room, good shower and delicious breakfast box

I traveled Solo to Alor Star on a business trip and booked this hotel.
Reasons being that the location was excellent.
Not too far from town,yet the business area where the hotel was located was enough to serve ALL of my needs.

Food was easy as there are food stalls all within a 5 minute walk with a good variety and there are good eatery within TESCO that was about 20minutes walk. There's also secret recipe restaurant next door.

So location is a 5 star best.

The hotel is VERY clean. Beds, bedding,towels and room are at it's best as the quality bed is firm and comfortable. The bedding clean and of good quality. The room that I stayed in- Executive King offers all the conveniences. Coffee bar,ironing board and iron,hot water and good air conditioning.

Staff are efficient,polite and helpful.

As a solo traveler I felt safe staying at this hotel.

I recommend that The Leverage be booked anytime you travel to Alor Star.

Very nice room condition. Convenient location as there’re Lotus Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Near to Alor Setar city centre.

Modern, contemporary, chick and upscale place at a reasonable price. There are shopping mall and eco shop nearby as well. The food stalls and food court nearby make it easy for us to get meals of the day. You can get delectable local cuisines at this place located just within a walking distance.

The best budget hotel I went so far. Good service. The room is well manage. Very clean. The location is near to Tesco and food stall at night. For breakfast you have to find another place. It's hard to find breakfast place in this vicinity. My suggestion is to look for Nasi Lemak Pokok Sena. The best thing about this hotel is you will be given voucher for 30 minutes massage in their spa. You ought to try.. The room is small but you may ask for a linked room which is you can have a room with a door to the next room. Good for families. I really enjoy my room although the design for sink is not suitable for a Malaysian.

The hotel is located near to food stall and there is a convient store near by and the teaco is walking diatance. The room and amentites are beyond expatatiin for a budget hotel.The service is good. my recamandation is to take the supirior room rather the normal room. because the normal room its a little bit small.

Stayed at Leverage Kuala Kedah, fuller hotel and this. I would say I love Mergong Leverage the best. In kuala kedah leverage the receptionists dont even bother to look at u. The staff here are nicer! Kuala Kedah rooms are bigger but Mergong are not that bad either. Variety of food here compared to KK.

Easy access with nearby; night food stalls, 7e, maybank, caltex & Tesco (Lotus) except for parking. Room condition is good for take a nigh break.

The location is superb with a Tesco supermarket nearby, 7-11, food and coffee shops. Travelling everywhere is convenient with grab.

Something different everything was fine except the dust every way please wipe out all the dusty.
