I'm not a swimmer so getting in a super deep pit full of water would freak me out.🙃. But the facility in general was beautiful. Although those wheelchair ramps were steep, had no handrails and the surface was painted making them potentially slippery when wet. Someday maybe I will swim in a cenote. Those that did had all of the facilities to change and shower. There are I would say hundreds of cement steps down to the cenote swim platform. Rest benches happened may 3 times and the handrails did not inspire confidence. If stairs are a challenge for you this would not be a place to want to go down to the cenote to swim. There are other things to do on top. Life jackets must be worn and had to be rented there. Locker rental was available and advised. There is a restaurant, small bar, two swimming pools and plenty of shopping. The sales clerks were quiet and helpful. Really a nice excursion on our trip to Chichen Itza.

Amazing cenote with a very reasonable price compared to others we had been to. It was situated in the middle of the jungle with no touristic crowd on the day we were there. We were also surprised because it was very well organised and had everything: a nice cenote, swimming pools, gardens, souvenir shops, and a big restaurant. The staff was friendly. Definitely worth spending at least half a day there.

Simply beautiful cenote. The water is not as cold as you might think but very refreshing. Nicely stocked souvenir shop as well.

I have never been to a water hole like this before and it was definitely worth the trip! The view were amazing and the water was as cool and fresh as anyone could ask for! Taking a dip really is something you have to experience.

buy the packages at tour agencies, search before going in 3 or 4 to find out.
take a bathing suit there is a bathroom where you can change and shower, and a closet to put your bags. remember the lifeguard costs $50 pesos to rent even if you don't go swimming it's absurd 😳 the locker is also $50 pesos optional.
there are many steps, there is no elevator and no access for wheelchair users.

Beautiful place that is very well run and maintained.
I stopped there on a tour for food and the cenote. There cenote was very pretty and they made it very easily accessible and a lot of fun.
Lunch had lots of variety and was very tasty.
The things they sell in the shop are very cool and I'd reccomend getting things there.

This place has everything. ATVs, bikes, hammocks, 2 pools, a restaurant and a beautiful cenote. For about $17/person, you get entry into the cenote, all you can eat buffet style restaurant, access to both pools, a locker, swimming vest and 1 drink of your choice.

Beautiful area, scenic and historical. Nice buffet food, lovely gift shop. Must hire life jacket for swimming so this is added expense. Great place to visit.

Absolutely beautiful! Make sure to bring a waterproof case for your phone so you can float around and take a ton of pictures. Wish we had more time here. Also, you have to rent a locker and a life jacket. Definitely bucket list stuff!!

MAGICAL! That’s all I have to say. Incredible experience. I’ve been to a few cenotes but this one took my breath away. Getting there is a little scary because it feels like you’re going to the middle of no where and your are but the experience was so wholesome. No way to describe this place, you just have to see it for yourself. The Cenote is about 40 feet deep if I am not mistaken, could be more, so life jackets are required but I was not complaining. Can’t really see any fishes so snorkeling is a no. The trees, shrubs and plants make it feel mystical yet tropical at the same time. I wish pictures could do justice but truth of the matter is that they just don’t.
We did the Cenote, had some food, and also had access to the ATVs (which we decided not to do). The food was fantastic! Authentic Mayan food. We also were given a Mayan ritual of protection, our entire experience here was great!

This was a great stop on our way to our Chichen Itza. Closed your eyes on the way to the water pool if not your credit will take a beating at the gift shop. All together everyone was extremely friendly. The local food was delicious. Try the lemonade 🍋 you'll ask for second. It's worth every penny (or credit card swap). Try not to miss your bus. Cause I almost did...

A beautiful and unique experience! The water was not very cold and you can see fish swimming all around you. Unfortunately the water wasn't completely crystal clear, but it wasn't murky neither. Definitely a great place to visit.

Very brief stop on a tour. We were there right around an hour to shop, swim, and eat. The swim was brief, but it is a unique place to swim. Small restaurant there has fantastic food.

Loved this cenote. The water was the perfect temp and not too cold, we had a hard time getting out it was so good. There are some small black fish in the water that don't bother you but the water is a little murky and deep so not the best for snorkeling. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The entry process was fast and easy. Adequate changing areas and plenty of indoor and outdoor shower/bathrooms. There is a pool area available for kids or anyone not wanting to go into the cenote. Lifejackets are included with entrance fee and there's a boat available to take onto the cenote for those that don't want to swim. 10/10 would recommend this cenote it's breathtaking. There is also a HUGE gift shop at the front for souvenirs and knick knacks.

We really liked to visit two of the water caves here. It was pretty impressive. The water water was clear and the black fish so clear to see. There were not too many people. The water was fresh but not too cold. We just didn’t get the point to pay twice for the life jacket.

This is a very nice place to take a swim. There is a nice store in the front where you can find local souvenirs at a reasonable price. They have a restaurant and a few bars to get the beverage of your choice. I would go back again.
