Massages are good and relaxing, did the Encanto Maya, which consisted of a scrub, then clay mud wrap, followed by a massage...100 minutes! Little pricey, got a 20% discount and felt it was worth it. Eric was my therapist. If looking for full English speaking therapist, may want to ask for that.

The experience was excellent at Alegria Spa. Saul was excellent and attentive. Francisco was very patient and attentive in the steps of hydromassage (steps were steam room, cold shower, sauna, cold plunge, then a nice 20 minutes of hydrotherapy) they have nice massage beds that can reach the legs as well, and nice ones for the back and neck. I highly recommend this.

My wife had 4 days of massage and other services and she thoroughly enjoyed it. She had lots of muscle pains in the back and neck and Marayani was so good. So much so that her pains disappeared and we enjoyed our holidays.

Yolanda Yarelv was amazing! One of the best massages I've ever received. The Spa is beautiful, larger than you think. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend visiting if you're at the resort. They did not disappoint.

After 3 weeks of travel, my companion was in dire need of healing! The massage therapist, Ines, provided a wellness body massage, foot reflexology & craniofacial message which transformed my dear friend to a new person! The next day, my companion was able to walk with no pain! I used the spa’s amazing Turkish Bath & sauna to reinvigorate my own body! It was well worth the time & money to prepare for the 14 hour airplane ride back home in 2 days! Ines was amazing!!!

Everything was excellent. I would say that the only thing a little off is the staff communication between each other , But other than that I enjoy it and love it. 100% recommended. By the way if you want someone that makes u feel super but super comfortable and in good hands , then look for Grisel. She was amazing !!!

Pleasant and helpful staff. Sauna, steam room and plunge pool areas pristine. Hydro spa and massage expensive but worth it.
