Puerto Aventuras Hotel & Beach Club

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. My 2 young kids (1 & 4) had a very nice stay here within the pool and at the beach. Breakfast was very good and you have plenty of restaurant options in the area. The room was as the pictures and with good working airconditioning. Honestly cannot understand the previous bad reviews.

We didn’t stay at the hotel. We just went to the swim up jacuzzi bar for drinks. The passion fruit mescalito was delicious. It had fresh passion fruit. The temperature of the water was very nice to sit in and relax.

We use the hotel's Beach club. Service is excellent. The food is very good.

Beautiful boutique hotel very private and tucked away from the Hussle of daily living, a place to relax and enjoy the views.

I have only eaten there, but, service and food are great, and, the location cannot be beat:)

Amazing food and drinks. The attention from the staff was great and the place as a whole was just perfect to relax and enjoy.

Nice older resort that still rocks. Loved the jacuzzi swim up bar and had lemonade and vegetarian pizza. Full bar and lots of bar snacks and meals. Beach and swim area is protected and the beach is cleaned of seaweed every morning. We had a suite that came with its own private jacuzzi on our balcony. Lovely place and will be coming back when in the area.

After a horrible experience at another resort, we decided to do a 1 day pass at PA BEACH CLUB & HOTEL. Before we even finished that day we were hooked on PA BEACH CLUB!
So we decided to get a refund on the other resort & move to PA BEACH CLUB. It was the best decision EVER!! We went in the off season mid June 2023 and it was as if we had the place & beach all to ourselves! The beach is awesome & clean. They take any seaweed from the beach daily! Many other resorts do not. The beach lounge chairs & Palapas are perfect. The beach server CRUZ was absolutely perfect. Very attentive & such a nice person.
We had our pick of lounge chairs at the pool too!!
The pool is very warm but does require a little more cleaning but nothing to frown about. They have a large jacuzzi swim up bar that was usually empty too!
The rooms could use a bit of updating but EVERYTHING worked perfectly! Air conditioning was awesome too! Bed & pillows were comfortable and clean. The front desk were very friendly& very helpful, especially Lorena!
There are many restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies & shopping right across the walkway from the resort so you don’t need to go anywhere else! This was THE most relaxing stay we’ve ever experienced and are already planning our next trip to PA BEACH CLUB & HOTEL!! Highly recommend!! Asta luego amigos🇲🇽 🏝

Puerto Aventuras was our favorite place to stay in Mexico. The hotel is centrally located within few minutes walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The oceanfront room was large with a great view. We loved how quiet the hotel was at night. There was no loud music coming from the beach bar or town. This is a great place to come for relaxation. Highly recommend!

Very nice, great amenities, right on the beach, swim-up bar, two huge pools, located in the heart Puerto Aventuras Marina District.

I really love this place. The staff was excellent!! Even the manager, who is on site most days, is very friendly and welcoming. Extremely clean rooms and great food. I’ve stayed in three different places in PA and this place is my favourite. Nice to have the beach and pool right there. Great for families and single people. The breakfast, which is included, is amazing.

The best thing of this hotel is the over dozen restaurant just across the street. We discovered Hoja Santa, which is an amazing and authentic Mexican restaurant. It is sophisticated with a small menu but worth every bite. Personally, I would say Michelin material at an affordable price. I has the cuitlacoche quesadilla and my wife the duck tacos. We tried 3 high quality mezcals and all were outstanding. Valentino and Dominique were amazing. I would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone that can appreciate a high end Mexican dinner.

Really nice beachfront hotel with great pools and location. The drinks at the bar are a bit pricey but there is always the Oxxo just down the block. There are plenty restaurants in the area to choose from so no problem there. All rooms have a jacuzzi so it's perfect for romantic getaways ;)

Great place to stay very safe and .lots to do on site. The staff is amazing especially the concierge they go out of their way to.take care of you.

We live close but never came here until this past weekend. Our beach is full of sargasso and no one to clean it up so thought we would have a little get away from the rotting sargasso. (Let me be clear we were not overnight guests at the hotel) PA is doing a good job of keeping up with the sargasso. It’s still there but not as bad as neighboring beaches. The club was great, staff was friendly. We were there on a market day so maybe that made a difference from what others have said? We really really enjoyed it. We were not charged an entry fee although I am sure that was an oversight. Our bill and tip more than made up for it. We only had dedos de queso y papas but they were delicious. Strawberry daiquiris, margaritas, tequila and beers all good. Priced about the same as other close by beach clubs but with a better atmosphere and better food. We stayed in the pool at the bar for about 2 hrs and yes it was a little warm but if it were cooler we would not have stayed there. Overall, very nice day , beach, food, drinks and atmosphere. We will return and I will update.

Saw an adult hold one side of his nose and blow out the other side into the pool...gross. The pool has been cloudy for about a month now, so I don't think I will go back.

Had dinner here this evening. It's not my first time eating here. From the time we were seated till the end of our meal the service was 10 star! Our waiter was attentive and friendly.
The food here is the high quality. My filet mignon was cooked to perfection. Garlic rustic mashed potatoes perfect. Your dinner comes with a salad. Mine was the Puerto salad with mixed green tomatoes cucumber and goat cheese. Delicious . Next was soup. It was a cream of broccoli. So flavorful. Afterward we had coffee and Baileys. Along with Apple pie and vanilla ice cream. It was the perfect finish to the evening. This restaurant sits on the ocean. Open air dining. Nice sea breeze and the moon.
One of the best restaurants in town.
We will be back again. Don't miss this place.

Front desk is friendly. Waiters frequent the beach area and easy to order food. The beach is frequently maintained and kept clean. We visit Omni approximately 6 times a year. Food is good especially the Margherita Basil Pizza Nice beach area and pool. The rooms are beautiful. We had a Jacuzzi which overlooked the beach, very beautiful!

If you search for wilderness and unpredictability, for suspence and nature, for real Mexican food and mariachi… I’m afraid this isn’t the best spot.
On the contrary this place will be perfect to indulge yourself in very comfortable beds, well maintained pools, lukewarm pool with bartender or a typical white sand beach.

Staff is amazing and you will meet many Americans. The nearby centre boosts a big pools with dolphins, which made me a bit sad because I feel like they are trapped. Make sure you tip, those people deserve it.

Most of the rooms have a jacuzzi on the balcony, with some curtains so you can relax at the sunset, and perhaps blow off some steam (or the other way round) in a very nice frame.

A few factorS might shape up your stay, and it really depends on your personality.

There are families, influencers, young couples so just make sure you pick the most comforting side for you, or you’ll find yourself bothered by something.

Great experience overall, although the included breakfast didn’t charm me.
