Delicious meal. Fantastic service. And beautiful location.

The staff went out of their way to ensure we had quality drinks and the food was fantastic. I loved the shrimp soup! I had the lobster and a peach tart. Every bite was delicious!

A resort that perfectly aligns with luxury, the staff is amazing and makes it feel like family. Always doing stuff through out the day to keep you entertained. I have nothing bad to say about this place, just sad to be leaving. I would highly recommend spending your vacation here, if you want to enjoy yourself haha. Sergio, Alexander & Carlos, are amazing and deserve and specific shout out.

The staff are wonderful. Miriam from the buffet is an absolute angel and treated us so perfectly. She is a star.

Lovely! The rooms, food, pool, and activities were awesome. You gotta try the silent disco!!! Only problem was that you had to take a golf cart shuttle to the beach. Other than that, the food was awesome, but book ahead for the restaurants (I think a week before online) or just go to the buffet. The staff were lovely. The tours available were wonderful. Tulun (picture of beach) is worth the trip, unless you have mobility issues. Loved the all night kitchen/ bar.

Been here 4 times in the past 10 years. Enjoyed ourselves every time. This hotel has a nice relaxing vide, situated in forest like setting. Staff are amazing, friendly and will go over and above to ensure you have a great stay. Rooms could use a bit of an upgrade at this point but are clean. Activities team are great! Will continue to return.

This was our second visit to Bahia Principe - Sian Ka'an and it did not disappoint. We had a great time. The Spa was amazing, Rosa pampered me to 2 treatments, Deep Massage and Mud Bath, both left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. My husband took advantage of the Golf course on multiple occasions and loved it. The pool and entertainment staff were great and we loved the beach.

I went here with some friends for a celebration, and we had the absolute best time. The grounds were wonderfully beautiful, it was close to the beach but with a calmer, adult atmosphere. Our room was nice. I would suggest getting a private transfer from the airport because the group one took a while. The buffet was delicious and we loved the morning coffee, wading pool, and sparkling wine. Take me back!!

Our first trip to Mexico. It was amazing here. Food was great, buffet had a couple miss days, but everything else was phenomenal. If you stay here you have access to all 4 of the resorts on the property. They make it super easy to get there too!

It was our first time staying at this resort and had a fantastic experience. The property is exceptionally clean, which made our stay very pleasant. We enjoyed all the à la carte dinners, and the Akumal buffet selection.
The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. We had a great time participating in activities like volleyball, aerobics, and the crazy games. Our room was clean, but it could use a little upgrading.

What truly made our experience memorable was the exceptional service provided by Delmar, Alex, and Armando, the club car driver. They are excellent at what they do and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. I highly recommend this resort!

How can you not love this place. The staff quite often will call you family. And that’s how they treat you. That alone makes up for any shortcomings. The place is beautiful. The food quite good. The staff attentive and sincere. One of the most memorable vacations ever!

Activities have been the best!! We only went to the beach one day and then decided to hang out at the pool with the activity crew the rest of our week here. They are an amazing bunch! Sergio, Enrique, Alexander and Abigail! Thanks for making our week so much fun!

This restaurant blew us out of the water. A perfect way to end a vacation. Attention to detail with their presentation was amazing. Their creative thinking with the smoked cheese starter was something I think would be something to experience at a Michelin star restaurant. The wait staff were attentive and efficient. Pedro and Jesus are at the top of their game. Amazing presentation, experience and ambiance. Definitely recommend.

Superb stay, right in the middle of my trip. Food is good, animation (Marilyn, Alejandro and all the crew) are fun, very quiet. We can go to the beach and the other resorts if we want to have the beach or the more « party » vibe, while coming back at night or day for a more calm experience. Perfect setup for me!

The experience was unforgettable. From the service to the diverse options of fun and leisure. We took advantage of it all. We did an a la crate tour and even dove into the many buffets, just exquisite. When just hanging around Sian Ka’an we relaxed pool side and played everything from bingo to water volleyball with the entertainment team. Sergio never let a day go by without us knowing about the nightly entertainment. What was truly the icing on my fiancé’s birthday cake was the incredible dance party we enjoyed at the Silent Disco night! Your staff are the heartbeat of this place they truly make this a special experience.

My partner and I have been to this resort 8 times and always look forward to returning. The staff are fantastic (especially Eglaydy, our favorite waitress at the buffet) and the access to all the other resorts will ensure a variety of activities are always available to choose from. We will without a doubt enjoy many more visits to this property in the years to come.

The main buffet is great every day. The waiters, waitresses, busing staff, dishwashers, refill attendants, bartenders, hostesses, grill cooks are fantastic. Carmen is sweet, Andre grills great, Alina works hard! Seafood was out of this world in quality and taste. Morning staff are highly appreciated and do amazing work to keep everyone happy dining. Keep up the super service & quality work!

This place is so amazing! The entertainment staff is great. Enrique has been super nice and his colleagues. The bar staff is very friendly and the food is great! The rooms are cleaned everyday as well. The whole resort is beautiful.

We had a wonderful time at Sian Ka'an. We 100% recommend and will definitely go back. Our room was everything we needed but could use a little upgrading. Location was beautiful but we do "waste" time going back and forth from the beach. Everything was so clean and well taken care of.

Enrique and Alexander were very fun to have by the pool. Enrique was our guide for the bike tour and he was very concerned about every guest safety and well-being. Both of the Carlos and Florentina were great help at the lobby bar, they're all very attentive and helpful. We had tons of fun.

We had beautiful meal prepared by Omar and server by Manual, Gorge, and of course Edgar. We started with sushi and miso soup then chicken pad Thai and then a beautiful dessert of tempura apple. It was a fabulous meal prepared with skill and passion. Our servers were top notch. Thank you for a wonderful experience...we will be back!]

Enrique was lit bike guide, dance lesson instructor and lead water polo!! He was I like amazing, full of energy and life. 10/10 made our experience here that much better.
