Maya Adrenaline

Everyone was so great! They performed a Mayan ritual which was so incredible to see. The atv was so fun to ride through the jungle(the brakes and tread weren’t great, but we love the adrenaline rush!). There were so many activities all jammed into one day! It is definitely for the more active crowd!

Our Maya Adrenaline tour was an outstanding experience, offering exceptional value for the price. The convenience factor was a big plus; we were promptly picked up from a location near our Airbnb and later dropped off at the same spot after the tour.

Our adventure included a thrilling combination of ATV rides, ziplines, and a visit to the cenote. Although our itinerary had originally planned for rappelling, unfortunate rain the day before made it a bit challenging to carry out. However, this unexpected twist allowed us to spend more quality time at the cenote, which was a highlight in itself.

This package truly exceeded our expectations as it encompassed all the activities we had hoped to enjoy during our stay in Tulum. To cap off our exhilarating day, we were treated to an authentic Mayan dinner.

A huge shoutout to Maya Adrenaline for delivering such a fantastic and memorable experience. We had an absolute blast! As a friendly tip to future adventurers, be sure to pack mosquito repellent; it's a must.

Additionally, we opted to purchase a photo package at the end of the tour for $45 USD, which was a great way to capture and remember the fantastic moments from our adventure.

Great experience for a decent price. Special thanks to our guide Rafa. He was the best. We did the ATV tour,zip lines, and the Mayan Cave(riviera) and it was actually great!! Been 4-5 hours that I never realized. After all these great activities, we had a lil dinner and got our professional photos for a good price.
Please let me remind you that in here apparently the tourism employees work for the tip mostly, just like the USA. Please don’t forget to tip your guide at the end.
Except than the salespeople who tried to sell us many stuff (like shoes for mud and slippery ground,phone protection etc) I can tell one of the best experiences I ever had in a while.

We took two families together, a total of 7 people, including children, and we had an amazing time. Our guide, Fernando, was an absolute superstar! He explained things well and was there with us every step of the way. We rode ATVs, participated in a brief Mayan ritual, zip lined nearly a mile over the jungle (the first of 4 zip lines), and swam deep into a cool, underground cenote. What an amazing time we had! We even got a lunch of taquitos, rice, and beans. These guys took great care of us, and made sure that we were safe and had fun. We would go back and do it all again any time. I would give it 10 stars if I could, we loved it that much. This is an absolute must do if you visit the Riviera Maya.

UPDATE:

Not changing the star rating, but wanted to add that after the 1st tour (below), we also did the Chichén Itza and Cenote trip with Maya Adrenaline. The staff was great (Emanuel was an awesome driver for the day); however, if you’re not fond of huge groups of people and waiting in lines, this probably isn’t the one for you. It’s a lot of driving, traffic, lines, and big crowds.

ORIGINAL:

I normally would stay away from a place with a 3.5 star rating, but ended up risking it. Now leaving a review, as I really think they’re deserving of a better rating. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves (we did the ATV’s, zip lines, and cenote). Just a couple of notes:

1). Yes, you go pretty slow on the quads, so if you’re experienced with riding, that will be quite boring.

2). Make sure you wear clothes that you don’t mind having ruined. The equipment for the zip lines stains your clothes, and I doubt it comes out easily (haven’t yet tried).

Regardless, I would recommend. Our guide, CJ, was really nice and did a great job.

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Maya Adrenaline. I would come back and do the same tour next time. The quads worked great and were plenty fast, the zip lines were amazing, and I would’ve come for the cenote alone. Incredibly well done excursion. Big thanks to Julio and Christian!

We had a blast! We got to drive ATVs on 2 different loops before driving them to the Cenotes. Once at the Cenotes we had a one in a lifetime experience swimming in them. Got to end the day with ziplining and man was it fun.

Victor was THE BEST! He’s an awesome guide and an even better person. He loves his job and we could tell with how enthusiastic he was.

This was incredible. My girlfriend and I spent $135 for an amazing time. We rode on ATVs, we did 4 zip lines, we did a Mayan ceremony (not religious at all, just done for good energy) and we swam in the most beautiful refreshing Cenote and they provided a meal at the end on site. Our tour guide, victor, was incredible. He walked through everything and it was great. A few things to note, they do pick you up at a few places, if you’re staying on the Tulum beach, they can’t pick you up there due to the taxi war they have here. You do need a swim suit, and comfortable shoes. They have lockers and mini gift shops to help support the Mayan communities. I 10/10 recommend this place. It’s safe and amazing. Plus they take great pictures for you and we paid $40 (USD) for all of them via airdrop. It was fun. Will do again.

This was such a fun day!! My entire work team came out to play on the zip line, swim and ATV ride with our amazing guide Victor! We had such a blast, followed by a delicious meal. They arrived on time to our hotel and managed to wrangle our group of 17 with no issues! The vans were clean and it was easy to get a hold of them to even change the dates last minute. Thank you to our wonderful guides, all the helpful support staff for showing us one of the best highlight days of our entire stay!

My husband and I did a tour with Maya Adrenaline that included a guided tour of the Tulum Archaeological Site, cenote tour, lunch, and free time at Playa Paraiso in Tulum. We had an amazing time thanks to Alberto, our tour guide. He made sure we had a great day and gave us so much information in the process. The price was unbeatable and for the experience I will definitely use Maya Adrenaline again!

Amazing experience, the monsoon rain only made the day more exhilarating and the ATV driving dirtier! I highly recommend checking this place out during your trip!

Victor was AMAZING!! A very memorable and fun experience, with ATV’ing, zip lining and swimming in the cenoté (caves).

I recommend bringing goggles, extra pair of shorts and a bandana otherwise you will be hustled to buy it. They will try to hustle you for every penny!

We had such an incredible day at Maya Adrenaline with our guide Julio!! From the moment we stepped off our shuttle we were fully taken care of. I felt super safe from beginning to end, even though we climbed high into the trees to launch off the zip lines, and deep into the dark caves to experience the cenote. I cannot recommend this excursion enough!!! Great staff, amazing facility, and an all around priceless experience. Thank you Julio and everyone who made our day!!

Shout out to Pedro for making sure we had fun and stayed safe during our adventure. It was an experience I enjoyed. A bit scary with zip lining but a beautiful view nonetheless.

We recently went on July 28 and it was so fun!!! definitely recommend!! the cenote swim was the best part! our group of 4 had such a fun time with fernando! When you first get off the van they try and make you buy water shoes, and waterproof phone holder, and bandanas... you don't need them so save your money.

Eduardo Gutierrez was the best guide I have ever had. I strongly recommend you ask for him by name. Fluent in English and an all around great guy. Best Cenote I have ever been too and the zip lines were great. Can’t say the same for the atvs. A place with adrenaline in its name should let you go faster than 10mph lol but that wasn’t the guides fault. Victor was also great

We did the Zipline, ATV (quad bike), rappelling and cenote in one day. The Zipline is really scary at first but then it is just awesome to slide down over the jungle. The ATV tour was a lot of fun, but could be a bit longer for my taste. It was around 15-20 minutes. The rappelling was nice, but nothing compared to the other activities.
The underground cenote is very pretty with bats and small fish in it. There is no rush like with many other tour providers. You get picked up in the center of Tulum and they drop you off there afterwards.
Would recommend this tour again!

I loved the experience the only down side was the organization at the beginning of the adrenaline tour, however our tour guys Hanna at toulumne ruins was exceptional with all her knowledge and the way she explained everything on detailed, also our tour guy Fernando saved the experience at the adrenaline part of the tour because he was excellent on the customer service side, he made us forget about the little mishap on the organization at the start, he was explaining everything on the cave at the cenote with detail and was very informative, helped people that could not swim and at the same time he answered every question our tour group had.

My husband and two daughters 8 and 11 years old enjoyed the zip lines and we absolutely loved the cenote. The experience was worth every cent. 100% recommended.

This place was amazing ..was really cool worth every penny ..our tour guide was victor he was really good explained everything really well very detailed.. ohh and it’s kid friendly I took my 7 year old and she’s tiny and a 6 year old
