Selva Maya Eco Adventure

Amazing place! It's smaller and secluded, not like one of those big corporate-style places. Guides were incredible, the cenotes are gorgeous - like nowhere I've ever been before - and the activities are fun. The ziplines, climbing and rappelling were great and were all maintained beautifully with excellent equipment. At the end you can swim in the second cenote for a good long time if you want to. It's gorgeous so you will want to! The main guide is an educated environmentalist and can tell you lots about the cenotes and diving caves and tunnels in the area, and he's really fun. Lunch was amazing too. Even just the ride out to the cenotes through the jungle was great. Would absolutely recommend if you're looking to get off resort and see something beautiful while having a great time. Note it's cash only so make sure you bring enough for entry and to leave these guys a great tip, because you will definitely want to!! They also have a guy who will take photos throughout for you so that you don't have to worry about messing around with your camera if you'd like. Bring n'a extra $40 US ($700 pesos) for that if you're going to want to do that.

RENT RTV A MUST!!!!
This adventure was the highlight of our trip. We are a family of 7. 3 a dults and 4 kids( includinga 3yrold), the price was very good. 3 people didn't do activities( 2 adults and 3yr old) the 4 of us did all activities.

I went in without an appointment, and the owner accommodated us and paid after tour since I was having a hard time making payment online.

The guides were all supper friendly and nice, they all check in with you to see how you are down. Jose was the lead on our trip and was always accommodating.

We arrived about 9am and returned back a little after 1pm.
The RTV are a MUST, since there was only 1 double left. My husband and son took the furst ride and we switched off with my other kids on the ride back.
I will definitely come back again. Thank you so much!!!!

This was my favorite excursion in Tulum! ATVs to zip lining, rock, climbing, repelling, and cenote’s. Jorge made the experience so much fun and his entire crew made me feel safe. Plus, they fed us tacos. I highly recommend this experience!

Excellent tour, great value, cave cenote was amazing, staff was very friendly, the included lunch was fresh and tasty, David was super personable and knowledgeable as a guide (he's an ecologist). It's highly recommend this your, it'd be my first choice on a return visit to the area!

Additional note: Regarding the one bad review in here that says the cenote is nothing more than a wading pool--not sure what that person is talking about. The first cenote was in an expansive cave with stalagmites everywhere, and it involved swimming in deep water with a mask for over 30 minutes without ever re-visiting the same location twice. It is, in fact, part of a large network of underwater rivers that is popular for scuba diving. So not remotely a wading pool. Even the second, open cenote was quite deep, such that you could even dive, do backflips, etc. off of a diving platform. Seems that reviewer is talking about a completely different place.

We had such a great time with the entire team. Davíd was an amazing guide. Very funny and engaging. The activities were all fun. The cave cenote was our favorite. We had a relatively small group with us so it felt like we got extra attention. Overall, an amazing experience and we were so glad we did it.

Such a fun experience! It was our first time seeing a cenote and it was incredible! The water was crystal clear and felt so good. Zip lining was a ton of fun, all the activities were great. Definitely recommend choosing to use the ATVs to get to the park for an additional cost, it is so worth it!

Absolutely best experience if its your first time! The ATV rides, zip lines and cenotes were great and the highlight of our trip! We spent began in the early part of the afternoon (about 1:30) and finished back at the entrance at almost 6. It was a blast and completely worth it to get your own atv. The staff were awesome and ensured our safety the entire time!!

However, it's important to note that while many activities are included, the ATVs are an additional cost. At $40 per couple, I highly recommend it as it added an extra layer of adventure to our day.

For those planning to dive into the cenote exploration, I suggest bringing an underwater light and a waterproof case for your phone. These small additions will greatly enhance your experience, allowing you to capture the beauty of the underwater world. While goggles are provided, snorkels are not available due to Covid precautions, so bringing your own is a good idea.

Great experience. Went here for a friends birthday. The two cenotes are stunning and we had them all to ourselves in our group instead of it being swamped with others. The ziplining was fun, the organization was solid, tacos were yummy, and they even surprised our friend with a cake at the end. Our guide David was excellent and I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a bit of cenote/zipline adventure in Tulum.

An amazing experience! The team was so friendly & helpful. They supported you through the entire way! Definitely pay the extra $40 to ride ATV’s through the jungle. The food & drinks after were very tasty, & the cenotes were very refreshing after the ziplining course. I’ll definitely do this again :)

I could not recommend Selva Maya Eco Adventure more!!! My husband and I rode ATVS, zip lined, and visited two cenotes and it was an amazing experience. Sergio was our tour guide and he was PHENOMENAL. He truly went above and beyond for us in so many ways. He offered to share his personal lunch, charge my phone when it was dead, and give us Tulum tour guide advice. We had such an amazing time!! We wish we could do it again because we had so much fun. The weather was cloudy and rainy but the experience was still so incredibly enjoyable. Even if the weather is bad, if you don’t mind getting wet, go on this trip.

My advice is to 100% pay the extra money to rent the ATV because it was a blast. The ATV ride was around 10-20 minutes each way which made for such a fun time!! We will definitely be returning in the future.

A brilliant trip. We went for the 9am slot and it was just our family. My young daughters loved it and Gael, our guide, was superb through. Highly recommend.

We went on a 1 PM tour and had a great time.
David and Gael were amazing and made the whole tour very safe and enjoyable. Had a good mix of zip lining, climbing, swimming, and the tacos in the end were delicious. Highly recommended to anybody visiting Tulum!

The zip lining is incredible and such a thrill going across the obstacle bridges! Everyone was so goofy and funny! We loved the private cenote tour away from the others.

We had a great experience with this company. We saw a lot of bad reviews out there for other companies where the ATV’s were really old and breaking down several times during the tour, or not friendly people, or badly organized groups, etc. with this company we didn’t experience any of that. The staff was very friendly and kind, not to mention comedians. The ATV’s weren’t new, but they worked just fine with no issues. We got to do a lot of different activities and the group size was very small which made the experience personal and extra special. Everything was very fairly priced and it was definitely and experience we will remember. Special thank you to David and Gael for taking their job seriously, you can tell they love what they do. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a unique adventure and don’t hesitate to do the ATV add-on!

This was the highlight of our trip to Tulum. The experiences, tacos, and crew were all absolutely amazing, and the guided really pushed the day to the next level - particularly Davíd! They even had a huge delicious cake since we were celebrating my brother’s birthday. 10/10 experience, 100% worth the price, and the photo package was also worth it. Incredible!

I highly recommend this excursion if you're looking to kill a full day. The zip lining, rock climbing, rappelling , and swimming in the cenotes was just everything. They do the ATV ride for an additional $30. If you're afraid of heights or walking across unstable cable bridges I wouldn't recommend this excursion. The lunch featured authentic tacos. The guides were great. They instilled confidence in folks that were unsure of conquering the obstacles.
Well worth the price.

Highly recommend for anyone on vacation in Tulum. You’ll see and do so much in one day and the staff is so hilarious! We opted for the ATV add on and it was definitely worth it! You’ll see cenotes, tons of zip lines and rope bridges, as well as rock climbing and rappelling. Such a fun day! The lunch location was so nice too right in the middle of the jungle. Loved our time with Gael, Sergio, and the rest of the team!
